This hotel was a lovely little refuge in the beautiful city of Cusco. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we always had everything we needed, including packing us breakfast boxes on the days we had tours starting at 4am. Plus the view of the city is unparalleled - highly recommend :)

This beautiful little hotel had an absolutely amazing staff. They were incredibly helpful! We even went with one of their restaurant recommendations and had an absolutely delicious meal! The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the views from their Terrace, which you must visit during the day and also at night for incredible city views!

One of the best hotels so far (and we travel a lot recently). Service was exceptional and individual. Very quiet and secluded place. The staff accommodated our request for the room upgrade due to VIP status on *******. We got two rooms instead of one including presidential suite overlooking the city of Cusco. The cherry on the top was the free transfer to the airport. Amazing experience overall. The only issue I can remember is the absence of parking, we parked our rental 3 minutes from the hotel on the street (the hotel is in downtown on the narrow street - parking is a tough ask).

Tocuyeros was my home away from home while I visited Cusco with my adult daughters. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff is not only attentive to your every need, but genuinely cares about your comfort. We looked foward to breakfast every morning in the comfortable restaurant. The lobby is calm aand has a fantastic view of the city. The location is ideal as a headquarters while experiencing Cusco and taking day trips to the mountains. The Refugio restaurant inside Tocuyeros serves sublime miles, but the hotel is located in an area of wonderful restaurants with local cuisine. I will stay at Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel if I am every lucky enough to take a return visit to Cusco. Exemplary service on a par with any 5-star hotel in the US. In fact, the American hospitality industry could learn a thing or two from the staff at Tocuyeros! We love it there!

Excellent service. Very quiet, clean and pretty room. From the terrace, the view of Cusco is spectacular, both day and night. My wife and I highly recommend this establishment.

Spectacular hotel, far exceeded expectations. The only point that could be improved is the consistency of the water temperature in the bath, from time to time the temperature rises significantly without any movement in the register.

Stayed a few days at this hotel while visiting Cusco and the region. The hotel is very well located near the main square and everything else. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Most importantly the staff is amazing. The front desk staff, staff in the restaurant and bar are super welcoming and nice and made the experience that much better. Breakfast and drinks were also good. The only downside was rooms did not have AC so we’re often warm or very humid. Otherwise, great stay and would certainly recommend.
