Amazing hotel and great staff. Breakfast is very balanced and good, especially the fresh orange juice. The hike up from town can be a little challenging due to the high altitude but it’s a very quiet place and with beautiful surroundings and view of the city.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly. There is no place to do laundry but the laundry room is next door. There is no air conditioning and heating, but the heating is only available for a limited time. The room is a bit cold. We rely on hot showers for heating. The breakfast is not bad.

We stayed here both before and after our trek on the Inca Trail and had a great experience both times. The neighborhood is a great place to make a home base - tons of restaurants nearby, very cute streets to walk in, and only a 10 minute walk to the main square. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful (booking transit, storing our luggage, etc.). The breakfast was fantastic as well and a great way to start the day. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Cusco!!

The rooms are clean and orderly with lovely bathrooms. The service is even better from kind staff at the front desk to friendly chefs that serve a delicious breakfast.

La experiencia de la estadía en el hotel ha sido extraordinaria. Melinda y Ana han sido excepcionales y han brindado un servicio de gran altura que hicieron que mi esposo y yo nos sintiéramos en una segunda casa. Desde ayudarnos con la adaptación a la altura, la preparación de alimentos para el desayuno previo a nuestros tours, incluso coordinando el lavado de ropa, alimentos, etc…. En fin, sin ellas, sin duda nuestra estancia no hubiera sido lo mismo. ¡Gracias!
