The service is amazing but the hotel is not very in a clean part of the city. We had to pass everyday to go to plazadiarmas by horrific street.

Hotel excelente, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, atendimento em português, camas confortáveis e quartos espaçosos com guarda-roupas e mesa de apoio, café da manhã caprichado com ovos e panquecas feitos na hora, além de chá de coca a vontade 24h. Minha esposa fez aniversário e ganhou flores do hotel. O único ponto a considerar é que não tem elevador, caso alguém tenha problemas de mobilidade não conseguirá se locomover. Mas recomendamos muito o hotel.

Hotel simples, quartos super limpos, recepção muito atenciosos; caso deseje eles organizam todas as visitas (Laguna, Montana, Machu Picchu, etc); como foi o meu caso. Dão todas as dicas sobre os lugares. Como as saídas eram muito cedo, prepararam lanches para as viagens. Super recomendo.

Check in went smoothly and without any problems. We have checked out after two days because we went to Machu Pichu and could leave our luggage in the hotel, spontaneously we could also book a night more after machu pichu. On the first day we went later for breakfast there was unfortunately not much choice (first come first serve 😜). On our floor you could always get hot tea. Very good shower with lots of power. To the main square you walk a few minutes, but after that everything is very easy to reach on foot. Reception also gave us good tips and their cell phone number and told us that we can write them anytime if something is or we have questions. For example, we were able to book a city tour via Whatsapp at short notice. Nice big room, windows are not so well sealed, came quite a slight draft into the room. On the last day we went to Rainbow Mountain, in the morning at three we could drop off our luggage and received a breakfast to go. when we returned, we were even allowed to take a quick shower (no extra charge), although we have already checked out. in the evening, even a taxi was organized, which first picked up our luggage and then us, because we went to eat in the city before the night bus to Puno. Very friendly staff - we were so grateful for the service

Found this place through a Google search. The photos looked good and the location seemed to be pretty near to the city center. The accommodation was in fact cozy as they mention in their name. The customer service was good and the reception is 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Un très grand merci à l'équipe de Cosy room et notamment à José à l'accueil de l'hôtel qui nous a gentiment proposé de nous raccompagner à l'aéroport le dernier jour. C'est vraiment très gentil de sa part. Merci également à l'équipe du petit déjeuner...il était savoureux et de très bonne qualité
