The Marriott in Cusco truly lived up to our expectations. Its exquisite taste not only blends history and culture, but also shines through in its hotel management and customer-centric service philosophy. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, right in the city center, with all sorts of shops and restaurants just outside. It's a shame we didn't get to see the famous baby llamas due to time constraints... a small regret for sure. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very rich and varied... definitely worth staying here!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room size is just right. The ventilation system in the room provides oxygen, and oxygen masks are available upon request. All the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. I had a very comfortable stay!

This hotel has an ancient, monastery-like charm, which is really unique. The facilities are excellent, and it's definitely worth a stay.

The best hotel in Cusco and left a sweet memory for me with their service and warmth from staff there. They also have this cute Alpaca called Panjita that you can play with everyday. Must try in Cusco!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!! Top notch in service from check-in to check out. Kudos to Enrique who demonstrate an excellent service and Jesus who explain very well about the hotel and room amenities. They are always accommodating when you need help. Best location in Cusco. Will definitely book again this hotel when I come back to Cusco.

This is a local luxury hotel with unique characteristics. Both the service and the food were a pleasant surprise. I think the facilities here are slightly better than the JW Marriott next door.

Best hotel in Cusco! We also stayed at the Palacio del Inka but preferred JW Marriott El Convento. They have an amazing breakfast every day, room service was super tasty and spa facilities are fantastic. Location is super central.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. Located in the heart of Cusco, it's incredibly convenient for getting around and finding restaurants. Converted from a monastery over several years, the entire hotel is beautiful and grand, a perfect blend of history and modernity. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite for free. The room was filled with a sense of tranquility, and I slept comfortably at Cusco's high altitude. The breakfast was also plentiful. The only downsides were the slightly noisy air conditioning and the soft pillows, but I still highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel boasts a unique and modern design, with spacious rooms suitable for guests with a lot of luggage. The hotel staff are warm and courteous, and there are even alpacas for photo opportunities. Highly recommended!

The hotel, converted from an old monastery, is majestic yet warm, with soft lighting illuminating the stone walls, gently welcoming travelers. The high altitude I felt upon checking in was instantly eased by the staff's attentive attention and the soothing scent wafting from the lobby. Looking up at the archway in the courtyard, I felt the past and present quietly intertwine, and it was as if I was touching the soul of the city of Cusco itself. Upon entering my room, the warmth permeating the silence soothed my soul. The stone cityscape outside the window showed a different expression each day, and at night the stars shone particularly close. My time here was more than just a stay; it was a deeply enriching experience. In a space where ancient ambiance and modern comfort blend together, every moment of my trip became a precious memory.
