I stayed in Nao Victoria for 5+ days. The staff are so kind and helpful. The dorms are comfortable and quiet (each bed has curtains, light and socket), as were the communal spaces- it was great to have a quiet afternoon reading or listening to music. The location was also great, 2 mins from the plaza de Armas. You could also leave your bags during multi day treks without issue. I actually returned to Nao Victoria after trying another hostel- best place I've stayed on my travels so far!

While I am not a hostel type of person as I prefer quiet and privacy, the Junior Suite at Nao Victoria Hostel was such a quiet, charming and delightful place to relax in the beautiful and vibrant center of Cusco. The hotel is beautifully decorated and with its nooks and crannies makes the guest feel like they are in an old fashioned charming European country estate which emphasizes the relaxing atmosphere. The staff is super helpful and helped arrange a taxi to the airport at a relatively early hour. Thank you to the staff of Nao Victoria Hostel!

Really good hostel and very friendly personnel. They do your laundry for a cheap price and you can have dinner as well. Many showers and toilets. Very good located in the heart of Cusco. Would definitely highly recommend!

Atendimento ótimo e ambiente muito confortável. Muitos hóspedes jovens, mas ainda assim bom para famílias. Eu e meu irmão ficamos em um quarto dividido para 6 pessoas, já meus pais em um quarto privativo no terceiro andar. Além de ter um banheiro em todos os quartos, tem diversos banheiros com chuveiro pelo hostel. Recomendo muito.

El hostal es precioso, uno de los más bonitos en Cusco, pero si tienen cosas por mejorar y es la limpieza profunda, en la parte superior del colchon, atras de la cabecera estaba asqueroso. Otra cosa es q el desayuno es buffet, sin embargo te cobran 5 soles si quieres huevo frito!! El pan estaba muy duro, era evidente que no era pan del día, ponian cereal sin yogurt… y detalles así que suman a la buena experiencia.

Nice hostel. Friendly and helpful staff that speaks good English. The rooms are quite big and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are clean. Nice breakfast and will fill your water bottle with filtered water for free. Close to everything and good internet. Can get a bit loud at night. We had an interior room and with the doors closed still heard some music.

Estuve por aquí por la buena crítica.. pues no es para tanto, es más no me convenció, el hostel está en la calle de la fiesta y hay ruido, el desayuno es fruta agria y algo más pero todo los días lo mismo, el hostel medio fantasma no había casi nadie y aunque muy cultural y arquitectónico tradicional una ambientación nada propicia de un hostel, apagada.. y el precio no es barato, tras cumplir estadía reservada encontré opciones mucho mejores.. lo mejor, la trabajadora Liza, muy agradable, y el balcón donde tomar té de muña!

El hostel es bonito y está bien ubicado, incluso las instalaciones no está mal.. pero no encontré nada de ambiente, los trabajadores no supieron ayudarme con mis necesidad turísticas y el desayuno es todos los días lo mismo.. pero lo peor fue el feo gesto de cobrarme un día entero cuando tuve que coger una furgoneta de urgencia por la situación actual de Perú y eso que no había utilizado ni la habitación, ni el baño ni el desayuno ni nada.. decepción con este alojamiento, lo siento. No recomendable.
