I love the hospitality of their staffs. Alfredo is really great and informative receptionist. I had Walter escorted me to my room and tell the details about the hotel and the nearby kusikancha which I can see from the rooftop windows. It is in walking distance from every historical sites. The oxygen supplement and coca tea just in case you suffer the altitude sickness, luckily I haven't used it.

Excellent: Delicious breakfast; strong historical atmosphere, strong visibility of the hotel; good service attitude
Cons: The carpet should be changed; the front desk is unprofessional and dishonest (what problems will you encounter if you drop something in this hotel, it is estimated that some staff will try their best to shirk the responsibility); the bathtub is small and almost slipped ;The basic room type seems to be in the very dim side building, I can't understand why it is designed this way, there are many suites in the main building and bright hall;

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing food. The breakfast buffet was what I looked forward to everyday. We did a Pisco Sour tasting with Miguel who was so fun! Juan and Diana were so polite and extremely friendly, they all treated my family and I as if we were their family too. Amazing location and very helpful staff navigating you throughout Cuzco. I will be staying here next time I visit Cuzco!
