Excelente hotel en Cuzco, muy buen ubicado. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Gracias Rocio por tu atención tan cálida.
El desayuno es natural, todo muy fresco y los huevos revueltos de Willy un manjar
Las habitaciones son correctas y están muy limpias
Lo volveríamos a elegir sin dudarlo y lo recomendamos mucho por su relación precio calidad

Le doy 5 estrellas porque el aspecto de precio con lo que te oferta el hotel es bastante alto. Para empezar, y de las cosas mas importantes, la locación del hotel es fantástica; a solo unas cuadras de la plaza de armas. Luego, el personal fue increíblemente atento y servicial. Estuve una semana y tanto Rocio, dos muchachas mas, y un caballero que aunque lastimosamente no recuerdo sus nombres, me dieron un servicio de 5 estrellas. Por otra parte, el desayuno aunque fue bastante completo y delicioso. El cuarto bien simple pero limpio, la ducha tenia una excelente presión y temperatura. Lo único negativo, para mi gusto claro esta, es que la cama estaba bastante firme y un poco incomoda. Pero aparte de ese aspecto, que la verdad es algo bien relevante, el hotel para mi estuvo mas que genial. Y ademas me falto que el personal del hotel envió un taxi a recogernos al aeropuerto. Aprovecho para mandarles un abrazo especial a Rocío y a los demás muchachos que me hicieron sentir mas que gusto.

Excellent Hotel. Clean & quiet room, good breakfast with very helpful & friendly staff. A special mention - Rocia & Josef on the hotel desk were very helpful indeed. The hotel is in a good location & isn’t that far from the main square.

Estuve genial en este hotel, personal muy atento y amable, ubicación perfecta en la ciudad, también para hacer todo tipo de excursiones, cercano a principales atracciones, restaurantes, miradores...en el barrio de san blas. Volveré😊

The service at los Apus hotel was just great. Rosie and her teammates made you fwel like you were home. Rooms are clean, breakfast was good. You also had access to coffee at any time. If you had questions on how to get to any destination in the city or near archeological sites, Rosie would get you options. My wife and I had a great time at los Apus. We recommend their service

My friend and I stayed in a lovely room at this hotel in early April for about a week. The location is fantastic, so close to the historic plaza and the rooms are very comfortable. The (very reasonable) rate includes a lovely breakfast, including fresly prepared eggs of your choice with some local bread, yogurt, fresh fruits etc. They even offer one way complementary ride from the Cusco airport. Most importantly, the staff were so so nice. Really such great service, they did everything they could to keep us happy. I especially would like to thank Rocio - she was terrific! THANK you for a wonderful stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel while in Cusco. Rosio and Joseph were wonderfully helpful with everything- arranging tours, setting up taxi pickup, recommendations for restaurants and other points of interest. The breakfast was always delicious with ample choices of fruit, yogurt, coffee, bread, an egg dish and other delicious food. Our room was extremely comfortable with heat and hot water. A very enjoyable experience and close to the Plaza de Armas and the San Blas neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Hemos tenido dos estancias en este hotel (4 y 2 días, con Ollantaytambo y Machu Picchu en medio) y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Está ubicado en el barrio de San Blas, en la parte alta de la ciudad, a un corto paseo del centro. Se trata de una antigua casa colonial rehabilitada con un gusto excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas, el desayuno excelente y la atención por parte de todo el servicio es excepcional, el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo posible. Además si lo reservas directamente con ellos te hacen un descuento del 10 % respecto a la mejor oferta. 100 % recomendable

We had planned to visit this hotel twice during our stay in Cusco with a one night break to Aguas Caliente in the middle. It is friendly, clean and has lovely rooms, we had 204 which has a huge bed. We loved this hotel so much we actually cancelled a hotel later down the line after our jungle visit and rebooked the mirador. Meaning we stayed there on 3 occasions. I have no complaints. The location is near food, shops and bars.
