The room is very comfortable and clean. The design and furnishings of the hotel are very stylish. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and polite, from the front desk to the restaurant and room service.

Exceptional staff, they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Very boutique, ethnic vibes regarding the property with alpacas grazing outside your window. Magnificent view in the dining area. Highly recommend!

There is only one place to stay when in Cusco. You have great view above the city & it only a 10 minute walk downhill. We usually got a taxi for 6-15 sols or $2-5. Nice breakfast & the front desk people are incredibly helpful. You are a little bit out of town so it quite after a long day. There is only one place to stay. Beds are comfortable & the room was rather large with 2 sinks (his & hers). Black out shades to sleep in if you need it.

A luxury boutique hotel with a beautiful view of the Cusco! The staff at the hotel was amazing and made our stay memorable. Right from Check-in, the staff made us comfortable and even accommodated our request for an early check-in. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained. They also have a Llama and Alpaca at the hotel. The location is perfect for a calm, serene stay. It's a 15-20 mins uphill walk from the center. The downhill walk from the Hotel to the Center takes 10-12 mins. However, cabs are readily available. The hotel has one of the best views of the city. The property is beautiful and maintained well. I have to reiterate how good the staff was at this property.

What a hidden Gem, a global top 25 boutique hotel voted 2016 and #1 in South Amerika and lives up to it - we loved the welcome, the room, the meal and the breakfast and a short walk to the buzz of the centre !

Der Palacio Manco Capac ist vielleicht eines der schönsten Hotels, das wir kennen. Eine wunderschöne Anlage, herrliche Zimmer, ein traumhafter Blick, sowohl vom Frühstücksraum aus also auch von der Terrasse und dem Aufenthaltsraum im zweiten Gebäude. Alte Schnitzereien im Aufenthaltsraum und den Zimmern, alles stilvoll und dennoch lässig. Die Geschäftsführerin sowie die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, erfüllten extra Wünsche. Einige Gäste, wie wir auf TripAdvisor lasen, fanden den Weg zum Hotel etwas beschwerlich; wir empfanden die Lage jedoch eher als vorteilhaft. Man läuft ca. zehn Minuten "in die Stadt", zurück vielleicht, da bergauf, drei, vier Minuten länger über eine alte verwunschene Straße, hat den wunderbaren Blick, Ruhe, eine gewisse Abgeschiedenheit, ist aber nahe an allem dran. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert. Danke für alles!
