Melhor custo benefício . Localização excelente há alguns passos da Plaza de armas . Atendimento de excelência . Recepcionistas super acolhedores e prestativos. Uma melhoria no café da manhã . Nos últimos dias não estavam disponíveis no balcão, apesar da atendente ser extremamente solicita e trazer os itens diretamente na mesa.

Una de las cosas que más me costo conseguir para este viaje fue un hotel que cumpliera con las tres "b" : bueno, bonito y barato. Y este hotel definitivamente es uno de esos, una ubicación excelente ya que es esta ubicado en uno costado de la plaza de armas. Las niñas de la recepción Yulissa y Angela supremamente amables y atentas, creo que tienen convenio con una agencia de turismo, no son los precios más económicos que encontramos pero tampoco están exagerados tanto así que hicimos dos toures con esa agencia y también nos gusto mucho la atención y la experiencia de los guías. Es un hotel sencillo pero si volviera cusco definitivamente me vuelvo a hospedar en él.

The staff was beyond hospitable. They took really great care of me and my family and always did so promptly and with a smile on their face. I didn't bring a phone with me, so they even helped me print our boarding tickets. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious. They stored our bags safely while we were going on tours and spending the nights at different places. The location couldn't be better right in the main plaza with all kinds of restaurants and shops at walking distance. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Muy amables todos los empleados tanto Nohely como el chico de la noche La ubicación espectacular cerca de la Plaza ,el cambio, restaurantes etc. Las habitaciones y camas muy cómodas y te solucionan todo lo que les solicites. muy acogedor y para recomentar

Ficamos hospedados no Loreto boutique e fomos atendidos pela Julissa, sempre muito prestativa e simpática. Ficamos duas vezes, devido o vai e vem de MachoPiccho, nossas malas ficaram guardadas, outro ponto positivo e o lanche para os dias em que não consegue tomar café da manhã devido os horários de passeio.

Estive nesse hotel por 7 dias, e fiquei encantada com a gentileza e simpatia das recepcionistas Yulissa e Angela, nos ajudaram em todos os quesitos, ficamos muito satisfeitos! A localização deste hotel também é um dos pontos principais, está exatamente na Plaza de armas, o que facilita muito a locomoção, fizemos tudo a pé!

We stayed here before and after our Salkantay Trek and they were fantastic. They stored our bags for us for the week. The location can’t be beat, literally 5 steps from Plaza de Armas. And the staff was so helpful and attentive. They even helped us get nurses to come to the hotel to get our COVID-19 rapid tests done for return to the US. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Rooms were clean and comfortable, it just took a little while (10-15min) for the water to heat up and the floors were a tick squeaky but nothing that impacted our trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nos encanto hospedarnos en el hotel Loreto Boutique, es un hotel pequeño pero acogedor, las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, en una excelente ubicación (frente a la plaza) definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar, el personal muy cordial y atento, el joven de recepción Victor, las srtas Julissa y Angela siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos, la sra Isabel del área de la cocina es sumamente amable. Muy recomendado.
