I was assigned a room on the first floor, which had an extremely pungent smell of paint. The electric heater made a sizzling sound every few minutes at night, waking me up several times. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom has no ventilation system and smells bad.

Siempre vuelvo al Cusco, y siempre vuelvo a Tierra Viva San Blas. Acogedor y céntrico (no se escucha ni un ruido sin embargo una vez que pones un pie adentro) el staff servicial y amable. Formalmente es de 3 estrellas pero se siente como si fueran 4. Volveré al Cusco, y volveré a Tierra Viva, casi mi casa en San Blas.

The staff of this hotel are excellent--very friendly and professional. Jimmy, Ester, and Kelly were great. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The San Blas neighborhood is enchanting. Nice hotel centrally located in a great neighbourhood with lots of boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes. Great service from Jimmy and the team. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Appreciated the bottled water, hairdryer, and breakfast was simple and delicious.

Great location, small hotel, very well located.
Clean and crispy bed linens, but do not expect turn over.
Towels can be renovated.
Breakfast is really complete with fruit, cereals, eggs, fresh juices, coffee and more!
This be my first choice in Cusco.
