This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep.
The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.

Yes, there are bathtubs and water heaters. The design is also very innovative. The windows are double-layered. Although it is close to the road, the sound insulation is very good, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night.

Good hotel: the staff is friendly, the location is ideal in the center of Cusco, and the rooms are pleasant. The only major flaw is the noise. The insulation, both of the ceilings and the walls, is insufficient, and therefore you can hear everything that happens in the courtyard, and as soon as someone walks upstairs, the whole ceiling creaks. Other than that, a really good experience at this hotel.

Estuve hospedada en el hotel con un grupo de turistas. La atención siempre es muy amable y el hotel está muy bien equipado. Pero aparte de las instalaciones debo resaltar la dedicación de los trabajadores. Hicieron un gran esfuerzo por hacernos llegar una billetera, que unos de los turistas habían dejado olvidado en su habitación. Lo mandaron hasta Arequipa, donde estuvimos hospedados posteriormente. Muy honrados y profesionales. ¡Muchísimas gracias a todos!
