El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Como todo o casi todo hotel de ciudad las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero hay que tener en cuenta que uno solo va a dormir así que están muy bien. En nuestra habitación tuvimos un problema con la calefacción pero lo solucionaron muy rápido. La variedad del desayuno era increíble. La atención de todo su personal fue de primera.

Stopped here for a couple of nights and it is well located in Cusco. Rooms are functional and a decent size. One criticism I would have is no air on in our room, luckily we had a door / balcony we could open. Breakfast was very good and staff fiendly

During my group trip with Happistart we had the good fortune to stay at Novotel, the property is beautiful, the accommodations were comfortable, the meals were exquisite! I would definitely stay at again and recommend to my friends and family.

Perfect location，walking distance for every sightseeing spots in centre Cusco! very hospitable and friendly Bar staff especially Maribel! I enjoyed her Mojito and Pisco/Mint Sour sooooo much...she rocks! I hope I can visit this beautiful property ASAP ;)

We had 2 nights at this hotel at the end of a tour and found the location to be fantastic. The courtyard was beautiful however our room was in the newer part and was very bland and a bit tired. The breakfast selection was a bit limited. The front counter and door staff were very friendly.
