Excelente clases que entrega el hotel, sobre todo el servicio que tienen de excelencia, estamos muy a gusto con el trato y servicio que entregan. Recordaremos la atención de Roy,Yulisa,Rubén, Vanessa, Shakira y Heiner. En las clases de ceviches, pisco sour, atención en el comedor y chef que nos prepararon todo muy rico. Recomendaremos el hotel en Chile

Amazing food and experience. The hotel is very nice and clean. Carlota was amazing and provided great service. Cusco is a great city and this hotel is perfect to relax when adjusting to the altitude. I would recommend staying her to experience the city

Nice rooms, set back from all the street noise. Breakfast is great. Shout out to Roy, Vanessa, and Chef Ruben for excellent service. Dinner service seemed more chaotic but still solid. The much advertised alpaca is not always there, unfortunately. Felt a little like a bait and switch but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Recomendaría el hotel muy buena atención, Yulisa, Roy, Vanesa y Rubén excelente atención en el turno del desayuno, muy amable y esperemos ver para la próxima ves a killa, en la habitación te llevan un té y las bolsas térmicas buen destella, la habitación muy bonita .

Me encantó el hotel , todo el personal es muy amable. El hotel es muy céntrico queda cerca de todo y el restaurante es increíble, su servicio y amabilidad del personal en específico de la señorita Vanesa, Yulisa, Roy y Rubén que nos hicieron sentir en casa, la comida riquísima y todo muy natural. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí ! Nota : En la cama te ponen una bolsa de agua caliente para calentar las patitas después de un largo día ! Sin duda son este tipo de detalles los que te hacen querer volver !

Located around 10 mins from main square. The room is clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. In particular Vanessa, Roy, Ruben and Yulisa from the restaurant are all very welcoming. Breakfast was unexpectedly good! However the facilities are quite a disappointment. In two out of our four nights stay, water supply was out of service from time to time. Could not wash hands or have shower etc.
