La habitación era grande y con una buena ducha con abundante agua caliente. El desayuno estaba bien y me dieron un traslado desde el aeropuerto. El personal de servicio fue amable y de mucha ayuda para los tours en Cusco y Machu Picchu. Recomiendo este hotel!

I had an overnight bus from Puerto Maldonado to Cusco and just wanted a place to take a nap and shower in the morning before jumping on the train to Cusco. There was some slight confusion trying to explain my arrival and departure but it all worked out fine. The location is a bit far from the touristy areas but it was close to where the bus dropped me off (walking distance) and that was the priority. The warm shower was awesome, and the room was comfy and clean. The person at the desk was also helpful in answering my questions about restrictions given I was there on a Sunday!

There was no hot water, so we shivered each time we showered. They charge a half days rate extra for heat. Toilet leaked and seat was broken. Would not recommend
