The hotel was great! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. They made us feel very welcome and took care of our needs. The room was spacious and the facilities were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good and there were many options. They provided free purified water for our water bottles to be refilled. The location was within walking distance of many good restaurants and cafes as well as points of interest. We enjoyed our stay, we would absolutely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel!

Pesima atencion del que atendia en recepcion que ni saludar o talvez tuvo un mal dia, nada apto para el puesto que me hizo sentir muy incomodo cada vez que lo veia, tuve que cambiarme de hotel ,por lo demas estaba bien, una lastima por solo una persona se malogre ese sitio

Very confortable stay, especially for small groups. The hotel had good care for clients, candid treatment and was well located. The staff was accommodating to our requests, such as being allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel while we travelled to Machu Picchu. The receptionists were also kind enough to recommend tour guides and restaurants in the area. On that note, I highly recommend eating at Chicha, a restaurant recommended by the hotel staff. The included breakfast could improve. There was a good variety of fruits and cereals, but the proteins and bread could be better. The room where it is served is also quite small and gets too loud when other guests come in.

This was a nice place to stay in a quieter area of Cusco, so walking up/down the hill was worth it. The area has lots without going down to the main part anyway. We had a few small issues but all were solved quickly, patiently, politely. Not a fancy place but worked great for us. The staff is wonderful. Had a good massage there (probably cost more there but worth it to be on-site). Wish they had some English tv channels! Nice breakfast. Nice city view from the top floor terrace. Take a jacket - can be chilly.

È un buon Hotel ma è troppo caro in rapporto a cosa offre. La nostra camera era molto buia, aveva solo una piccola finestra in un angolo che non affacciava all esterno. Il wifi in camera funzionava malissimo, quasi inutilizzabile. La colazione buona ma nella norma. La posizione è buona. Ho provato altri 2 hotel in Cusco, entrambi molto più economici e uno di questi molto superiore in tutto. Io non ci tornerei mai e poi mai

I love this place! The staff were incredibly friendly. They offered a free pick up at the airport for us and were there on time. We stayed in the Queen suite which was upstairs and had a great view out over the city and to the mountains around Cusco. It also had a sweet sunny patio with tables and chairs that were shared with the other rooms. It's a small place so it felt very personal. It is in the historic part of Cusco with steep narrow stone streets, many of which are one way or foot traffic only. It's about a 5 minute walk to the main square but also feels quiet and removed slightly from the hustle.

This is the best place to stay in Cusco! The staff was so helpful and kind! The hotel itself is beautiful with great views and goes above and beyond. Could not recommend this hotel more for your stay.

We very much enjoyed our time at Casa San Blas, a welcoming, peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the San Blas neighborhood. The location is mere steps from nearly everything the traveler could want or need, and the staff is helpful and accommodating in helping you adapt to the altitude of Cusco and reaching anything that's not right next door, while maintaining awareness and sensitivity to your specific needs. A simple breakfast is prepared and presented at the time most convenient to you, and small cultural touches around the property enhance its ambience and comfort. We especially appreciated the rooftop patio open to the night sky and rooftops of San Blas, perfect for enjoying the ***** eclipse that occurred during our visit.

I 100% would recommend this hotel, it has a real charm about it and the rooms are just absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect (although the hill back from the main square can be a little challenging) and the team there were so friendly and could not do enough for us. You will not regret booking this hotel. We were in Peru for our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better start. This really did have everything. Thank you :)
