The staff is awesome at checking you in and making you feel very comfortable from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast service was amazing and even more so if you have Aida! She was extremely helpful and kind, great way to start your day!

Fabulous experience! We loved reading about the hotel and the location. Our breakfast was exquisite thanks to Aida and Sophia. Hotel was perfect walking distance to anything and all the main exploration spots in Cusco. Truly a highlight on our trip to Peru!

Great place - beautiful room, awesome shower, great breakfast (thank you Aida and Sophia!), wonderfully helpful staff, great location in town, great view of the city… they even put hot water bottles in the foot of the bed: a first for me and on par with a host of similarly thoughtful details that made me feel truly welcome. Really couldn’t ask for more.

The hotel was great! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. They made us feel very welcome and took care of our needs. The room was spacious and the facilities were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good and there were many options. They provided free purified water for our water bottles to be refilled. The location was within walking distance of many good restaurants and cafes as well as points of interest. We enjoyed our stay, we would absolutely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel!

Terrible attention from the person at the reception who didn't even say hello or maybe he had a bad day, not at all suitable for the position that made me feel very uncomfortable every time I saw him, I had to change hotels, otherwise it was fine, a shame for just a person ruins that place

Very confortable stay, especially for small groups. The hotel had good care for clients, candid trea**ent and was well located. The staff was accommodating to our requests, such as being allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel while we travelled to Machu Picchu. The receptionists were also kind enough to recommend tour guides and restaurants in the area. On that note, I highly recommend eating at Chicha, a restaurant recommended by the hotel staff. The included breakfast could improve. There was a good variety of fruits and cereals, but the proteins and bread could be better. The room where it is served is also quite small and gets too loud when other guests come in.

This was a nice place to stay in a quieter area of Cusco, so walking up/down the hill was worth it. The area has lots without going down to the main part anyway. We had a few small issues but all were solved quickly, patiently, politely. Not a fancy place but worked great for us. The staff is wonderful. Had a good massage there (probably cost more there but worth it to be on-site). Wish they had some English tv channels! Nice breakfast. Nice city view from the top floor terrace. Take a jacket - can be chilly.

It is a good hotel but it is too expensive for what it offers. Our room was very dark, it only had a small window in the corner which did not look out. The wifi in the room worked very badly, almost unusable. The breakfast was good but normal. The location is good. I tried 2 other hotels in Cusco, both much cheaper and one of them much superior in everything. I would never, ever go back there
