Everything is perfect and great value for money! The wifi can be improved as the signal is weak in some rooms.

The hotel is very well located and beautiful. Since most excursions in Cusco require getting up early, perhaps the cold breakfast provided could be a little better.

There is no elevator. I arrived at 10am, check in time was 11am. It was almost 12:00 and nothing. After much complaining, they put me in another room. But it was on the third floor, without stairs and with heavy suitcases. They offered a room with a jacuzzi for 40 dollars more. However, the jacuzzi is useless, because the water doesn't heat up. Little water falls into the bathtub and it soon becomes cold. In addition, there was a clump of hair on the bathtub tap. And it wasn't mine!! Breakfast is until 9am. I arrived at 8:30. They had already collected much of it and continued to collect it! I went to get grated cheese at the omelette island and the attendant fought with me, saying that only those who are going to eat an omelet can get it. He said that and immediately collected everything!!

The rooms in the hotel are very spacious and comfortable. There is WiFi and it works well. The breakfast buffet is very varied and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is only a few minutes walk to the Plaza des Armas. I felt very comfortable here.

Excellent service and the best place I stayed in Peru. They kept my luggage for over a week while I went on an excursion and on my final day they let me stay from checkout until my flight late that night in the common areas use their wifi and washrooms. The front desk staff was very personable and thankfully for me spoke English.
