Family that owns the hostal is very nice but there was limited hot water, spiders, mediocre breakfast, and pretty poor location on top of a giant hill.

We are from Barcelona, my stay at the hotel lasted 5 nights, the accommodation was very good, we felt at home, the room was very spacious and had great views, the staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Alvaro who helped us. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We had a room with Mountain View and it was lovely to wake up to that view every morning. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of storage space for our stuff in the room. The room and bathroom were very clean. We liked how they would come make up the bed, change our towels, take out the garbage and tidy up our room every single day. The breakfast provided was not a lot but just enough. They always had hot water and coca leaves or tea available for their guests, As for the staff, they always greeted us with a smile and tended to any request we had.
We have had bad experiences with hostels before and was very hesitant to stay in a hostel again. We booked this place because it was a good price. We arrived there with low expectations but this place exceeded them. We recommend staying here, and we would definitely stay here whenever we go to Cusco again.

Esse hotel foi escolhido a partir da aplicação do filtro: estacionamento grátis. No entanto, após indicarem o local para estacionar o carro não informaram que seria pago. Ao retirar o caro tive que arcar com os custos sem estar preparado para isso. Há informação de estacionamento grátis na apresentação do hotel não é verdadeira. All the three owners of the hostel are so so so sweet and kind. I had AMS so was feeling ill when I arrived at the hostel. The owners took such amazing care of me. I was so touched. They also made sure that I was warm at night by providing me with a heater.
