Beautiful Boutique hotel very well situated close to everything in a nice quiet street. The hotel rooms are big and the beds are super comfortable .The hotel makes sure that guests are well looked after nice heating of rooms at night time . The staff were always prepared to help and give advice .The breakfast was available from 5 am and it was excellent !

A very lovely hotel in the quiet area of the old town. It has a lovely lounge/breakfast room, and a set of multiple beautifully presented courtyards, full of characters. The room we stayed before heading for the Inca trail overlooks the courtyard. It was quiet and equipped with all that we needed for the stay, incl. a very comfy bed, good sized storage/wardrobe, hand-hold scale to weigh up the duffle bag, and good pressured shower. The hotel also offers fantastic selection for breakfast as in the photos, which gave us all the energy and nutrition needed when acclimatizing to the high altitude, plus on-the-day laundry services (by weight), there was no need to go around to clean the clothes when back from the 4 day trekking. All in all, I would certainly stay there again if to return to Cusco another time!

We had a wonderful stay. It is a lovely hotel close to the main Plaza. It is very quiet at night. The hotel has a good breakfast with free coco tea all day. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Our stay was lovely we enjoyed it

Rumi Punku is well located and a nice hotel with a. Good breakfast. I would consider staying there again in the 300 (third floor rooms). I had two issues with the hotel. The first is that anything I agreed to with the night desk seemed to be forgotten soon after. This included assignment of rooms for a subsequent visit and changing a room and a late checkout. The second issue is that all the bathrooms have very thin windows into the hallways and so they carry noise right into the room. Hikes to various places require early morning wake up and so everyone - people who go to bed early and those who wake up later - are all having to deal with sounds from the courtyard and the hallways. So - it doesn’t make for a good night’s sleep unless you use earplugs or don’t easily wake up with sounds.

Beautiful, well-run smaller hotel 10 minutes away from the central square. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and complete breakfast. I had a 4am pick-up on the day I started the Inca Trail, and I was able to leave my luggage in the room. My things were awaiting me in my new room when I returned 4 nites later. I also had a very nice massage at the hotel the morning after my hike.

The five of us had a very nice stay at this hidden gem of a hotel, conveniently located within a short walking distance to the downtown square. It was quiet, clean, and most reliable. We were able to leave our luggage there while on Alpaca Expedition 4d trek to Machu Picchu. They had our luggage in our room when we returned! Almost everyone there is kind and professional. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The beds were comfortable.

10/10 experience. The hotel was perfect for our stay before/after hiking the Inca Trail. The hotel feels very safe with a staff monitoring the entrance at all times. The rooms are clean and the beds/comforter are comfortable. They provide extra blankets in addition to the cozy ones already on the bed. The hotel common areas are pretty with flowers and areas to sit outside and enjoy. It’s located close to the main square but also is quiet at night. They cater to hikers by having scales in the room to weigh your bags, complimentary Coca tea, and you can leave your luggage there while you trek. The breakfast is yummy with lots of options. They offer a well priced laundry service and free wifi (spotty at times).

The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was very small. There is also zero privacy in this hotel as all your windows face other rooms/hallways. It’s close to the main square which is good but I do not think this makes up for the overall disappointment I found when staying here.

Clean, good shower, beautiful courtyards, soft beds, wifi spotty, poor breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff. Thin walls. Filtered water available. We complained about the internet being nonexistent in our first room, they fixed it after two days. When we came back a second time we got a new room and internet was also problematic.
