fue una estadía increíble. el personal del hotel es muy amable y ayudante, del lugar en general está bien ordenado, hay un lindo espacio para comer en el jardín y las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas. yo recomendaría a toda la gente que vista a cusco que se quede acá.

Boa relação custo-beneficio. Localização excelente. Equipe muito atenciosa. Chá disponível o dia todo. Cafe da manha justo para o preço. Prepara box de café em dia de passeio. O hotel tem instalações antigas. Pedi quarto térreo porque estava com minha mãe, idosa. Um pouco de cheiro de mofo, armários com portas barulhentas, sem aquecedor. Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Para viagem econômica acredito que seja a melhor opção em Cusco.

Location is super convenient and easy access to Plaza de Armas. It is a little close to a discoteque, so depending on which room one gets, the noise levels can be a bit high for light sleepers. Staff is exteremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

This is a good hotel located very close to the centre of Cusco, rooms are big and bathroom is functional, breakfast was tasty and varied, unfortunately there was a small problem with hot water in the evening, which was solved after escalating the issue to the reception

Front desk is always available and hospitable. Great location walking distance to the plaza and many sights. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. They provided a hair dryer and extra towel immediately upon request. Overall a clean comfortable stay

Excelente ubicación cercano a la plaza central con todas las iglesias y monumentos que hay en ella, buenos restaurantes, tiendas y agencias de viaje también muy cercanas. Habitaciones cómodas, amplias y silenciosas, de otros viajeros hospedados en hoteles cercanos escuchamos que a sus habitaciones se les filtraba el ruido de la calle. Buen desayuno, con una variedad decente de opciones. El staff le falta un poquito mas de entrenamiento, preguntamos por la direccion de un negocio y solo nos dijeron, vaya al norte, mejor es usar google maps, Pero sin duda lo recomiendo

La ubicación es excelente, al igual que el desayuno. El Hotel tiene 3 patios interiores divinos, que permiten que uno pueda relaj**** y tomar te de coca disponible las 24 horas. La atención es perfecta, todo el personal super predispuesto. Luis fue incondiconal, y nos brindó ayuda desinteresada. La verdad que si tengo que resaltar algo es el equipo humano y la ayuda desinteresada que recibimos.
