They made us pay taxes again even though it was already included in the rate, they gave us a very simple room for the cost and on the top floor, breakfast says from 6am we had tours and needed to eat something however it was not enabled because they say the chef is on vacation

In a very good location, luggage can be left for free storage, the breakfast is certainly not rich, but we stayed the night, ate scrambled eggs, boutiques, bananas, coffee. hairdryer at reception. It looks better in the photo than in real life, but for this price it’s actually ok. BUT it's sooo cold!!!!!! (but this is the case everywhere, as I understand it) and to take a shower you need to flush the water for 5-6 minutes)

Lived in this room for 6 days. There is a good tomorrow and an excellent administration. There are many cafes nearby, not far from the central square. Opposite the supermarket 🏬

Hotel with a very nice location, large and clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom... very simple but acceptable breakfast. Girls at reception have a lot of difficulty communicating with guests who don't speak Spanish (they don't understand English either). But the biggest flaw is that it doesn't even have an elevator for luggage (nor does anyone help), which makes life incredibly difficult for those who arrive, having to acclimatize to the altitude and having to climb stairs carrying suitcases.

It was ok. The hotel is well located near the center of Cusco. The rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was a little old and neglected, and the rooms did not have heating, they only had an electric heater that did not heat up much, so at night it was very cold. Breakfast was average, there was only one person to serve all the people. There weren't enough things, sometimes there weren't even basic things like butter or coffee or juices. They replaced little of each thing, and it took a long time. The portions were small.

The hotel is very well located near the center of Cusco. I got a room on the ground floor (luckily since the hotel does not have an elevator). Breakfast is served on the 5th. Floor by staircase and it was correct. The room was dark as it was on the ground floor but the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly. There is complimentary tea on the ground floor and on the third floor. It is a transit hotel. Cusco has many activities and you are outside all day.

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and the stay was good, that's why we decided to return this year, however on this occasion the stay was quite the opposite BAD. To begin with, the trea**ent of the staff is not at all attentive or helpful. The rooms are good but neglected. The room did not have cable, only city channels (not even the well-known open signal ones), although we asked them repeatedly, they told us they would solve it and they never did or did not want to do it. They also excused themselves by saying that many tourists prefer only local channels, which is illogical. They also did not have a hair dryer, when requested they indicated that the guest has to pick it up at reception. Another pearl was that at 8am when we wanted to shower before leaving for the tours there was no hot water!! And if I complained, they only managed to say that the gas ran out and that they only ask for it when it is finished. The breakfast was very basic, few staff. At sslir, they were informed of the mslestar and we verified our doubts with the receptionist, they had a change of owner and management , which, according to what he told us, he does not want the staff to pay attention to the guests and apparently expects to spend very little results in a terrible service and a bad experience so as not to return to this hotel again.

Terrible attention from the staff, the breakfast ladies are not pleasant at all, they are rude, they think the service is a gift, we spent 40 minutes waiting for them to serve us, the bathrooms are not the best and the sheets are a little old, horrible experience.
