We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and the stay was good, that's why we decided to return this year, however on this occasion the stay was quite the opposite BAD. To begin with, the trea**ent of the staff is not at all attentive or helpful. The rooms are good but neglected. The room did not have cable, only city channels (not even the well-known open signal ones), although we asked them repeatedly, they told us they would solve it and they never did or did not want to do it. They also excused themselves by saying that many tourists prefer only local channels, which is illogical. They also did not have a hair dryer, when requested they indicated that the guest has to pick it up at reception. Another pearl was that at 8am when we wanted to shower before leaving for the tours there was no hot water!! And if I complained, they only managed to say that the gas ran out and that they only ask for it when it is finished. The breakfast was very basic, few staff. At sslir, they were informed of the mslestar and we verified our doubts with the receptionist, they had a change of owner and management , which, according to what he told us, he does not want the staff to pay attention to the guests and apparently expects to spend very little results in a terrible service and a bad experience so as not to return to this hotel again.
