Hotel despreparado, café da manhã muito fraco. Serviço de quarto ruim, sem papel higiênico, secador de cabelo, shampoo, chuveiro a gás não esquentava. Quarto sem ar condicionado e sem janela. Noites mal dormidas. Localização mediana, 20 minutos caminhando ao ponto principal Plaza de Armas.

Large comfortable beds with a good basic breakfast included. They were able to accommodate our large family of nine in just a couple of minutes without prior booking. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a nice outlook over the city. Wi-fi was working as advertised but we never got our TV to work (was not really necessary though). Staff is very friendly and happy to help!
