I didn't want to pay more for a taxi to drive to the hotel entrance. It parked in a small square in front. It would be exhausting to drag my suitcase to the hotel. Then I have to climb uphill every day to go to the Plaza de Armas. Even if I pay extra for this kind of hotel, it is more expensive than the hotel next to the Plaza de Armas! What a big injustice. Unlucky luck decided to book this hotel. The quoted one-day tour fee is twice that of other places! Exaggeration, there is no business in catching a desperate extortionist! The wifi stopped working at around 7pm, the hot water was gone, and the radiator just made a sound and didn't work! The wifi was turned off at 10 o'clock in the morning, and the old lady cleaning the house came knocking on the door and urging us to go out because she wanted to do some cleaning! The trip to Cusco with a bad experience started from this hotel, and then from the staff of this hotel I saw the local people’s methods of making money that are still stuck in the last century👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

hôtel très bien placé rue touristique mais calme nous avons pu laisser les affaires dans la chambre pendant 3 j le temps d’aller au machu picchu. chambre confortable très bon desayuno servi par personne très gentille aux petits soins

La estadia en Cusco fue inolvidable, una ciudad magica y magestuosa. El hotel lindo, limpio, buena ubicación ya que todos los lugares esraban cercanos al hotel y la atención muy buena, en especial de Maria Luisa, ella fue muy atenta y servicial.

La ubicación es la mejor, súper céntrico y tranquilo, todo queda a un solo paso del hotel. Excelentes instalaciones y la atención de Malu fue bastante buena, nos dio los consejos y la ayuda necesaria.

Todo me gusto, el hotel es muy bonito, la atención de los recepcionistas y de todo el personal es encantadora, siempre atentos a las necesidades y siempre te dan consejos para paseos en Cusco, Hotel bien ubicado a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas, muy tranquilo, buen desayuno, el personal del hotel siempre dispuesto ayudar.

Petit déjeuner buffet correct Réception très serviable (Lucy) Dans notre cas elle s est déplacée pour réserver le restaurant dont le numéro de téléphone était incorrect et il se trouvait dans la rue. Hôtel bien situé pour visiter l essentiels de Cusco. Pace d armes et pierre avec 12 côtés

Es un hotel realmente hermoso, instalaciones impecables, habitaciones muy cómodas y con decoraciones muy bellas. El trato del personal muy gentil en todo momento, en especial de rodrigo que estuvo muy atento de mi estancia desde que llegué y le comenté que tuve unos temas de salud, hasta el último día. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y muy cerca a las zonas principales, además en el mismo hotel se realizan actividades interesantes , ofrecen tours y solucionan cualquier cosa de manera rápida. Sin olvidar que tuvieron un detalle muy gentil al regalarme un chocolate por mis cumpleaños, !Muy deliciosa! Genial experiencia, volvería sin duda.
