The staff were always friendly and helpful. There was a patio on the premises, which created a nice a**osphere. There was a lot of fruit at breakfast, which I was personally satisfied with.
The location was also within walking distance of famous places.
Considering the price, this is a hotel that I would highly recommend.

Excellent place and location, for the amazing price room was fine but wifi and condition that look old. But staff amazing, breakfast according with the price, cleaniness, in the center of the place closed to all turistic places. For short days no more than 4 days is fine.

I was a little dissatisfied since when I arrived they wanted to give me a room with a double bed even though I had booked with two queen beds. I didn't really like the room since it didn't have windows, only the bathroom... if you are very sensitive to the noises, this is not the place for you (in my experience)

Very nice service. We were able to complete the tours there at a fair price and with a breakfast kit + free water, in addition to having the guide pick us up at the hotel door. Ordering a taxi is also very easy and you can find out the price before calling a ride.

Excellent service, cozy rooms, very good buffet breakfast, security and above all they are always available to help you when you go on a tour in the early morning. They have heating for the intense cold. I definitely recommend them.

I was there last week and received very good attention from the reception staff Rosmary and Ruth who were always willing to collaborate with whatever I needed. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast and very good price, also very close to the main square, the San Pedro market and other tourist and historical places in the city of Cusco.
