Le surveillant de nuit n'a pas de respect pour la clientèle. Il n'est la que pour les avantages qu'il peut obtenir. Samir est agressif, irrespectueux et désagréable. Samir n'a pas sa place en hôtellerie ou en service a la clientèle. Samir devrait être renvoyé car il porte préjudice a la qualité de l'hôtel.

The location was perfect as it was right in front of Plaza de Armas. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was also satisfactory. However, due to the nature of the departure from Cusco to Machu Picchu early in the morning, the soundproofing is not good when other guests move around, so it can be noisy in the morning.

We stayed here for 3 nights in April & it is the most perfect location in the historic centre! Located a 1 minute walk from the Plaza Mayor, but much quieter than being located on the plaza since the street it is on (Calle Loreto) is pedestrian only. Yes, the floors are creaky, but I always use a white noise app to sleep when traveling, and that covered any noise quite nicely. Melissa at the front desk was so nice, and provided a heater for one of the chilly nights as well as a hair dryer so I could dry my hair before bed. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower too. The breakfast was American style with eggs or pancakes cooked to order. We enjoyed chatting with Samir in the restaurant and would not hesitate to stay again when in Cusco.

Excelente atención por parte de Karina y Mary y todo el hotel muy cómodo. Samir y Melissa son excelentes recepcionistas también y la dueña del hotel muy amable, 100 % recomendable nuestra estancia, muy céntrico el hotel y hay muchísimas cosas al rededor para ir caminando
