Essa pousada fica em uma ótima localização, o nosso quarto tinha uma cama enorme muito confortável, chuveiro quentinho e o café da manhã preparado pelo anfitrião era delicioso, porem o que eu mais gostei foi a atenção tão especial que os proprietários tem com os hospedes, é maravilhoso ser bem tratado! We absolutely loved Catama Inn! We stayed here for 3 nights (1 night before our Salkantay Trek and 2 nights after). The hosts were so welcoming, kind and helpful. They stored our bags for 5 days whilst we were on our trek and so welcoming when we got back. The rooms were great with very hot showers, warm and comfortable beds, great breakfast. The location was also great, 7 minutes walk to Plaza de Armes. Highly recommend Catama Inn!

The photos you find online do not reflect the truth. Damp, dirty room, the owner with her veiled kindness inflates the prices on the taxi (she asked us 25 sols to go to the airport, we independently 10 sols) then the laundry with the excuse that we were on time, 7 sols per kg and plus he made us pay the extra kilos. Only later, when I pointed out to her that the weight couldn't be that, did she make me understand that there could have been an error on the laundry's part. El señor Vicente fue muy amable, las habitaciones cómodas, el desayuno incluido por el precio me parece que es lo que más resalta. La ubicación es buena, cerca a la plaza, a SAn Blas, restaurantes cerca. Lo recomiendo.

Falta de repisas en las duchas para colocar jabones y shampoo; sin reposición diaria de papel higiénico y jabones en el baño, sin lámparas en las camas o veladores, sin aseo diario en el baño. En resumen, falta mucho por mejorar para ser de 3 estrellas.

Marilou and her father were absolutely wonderful, she succeeded in getting us tickets for Machu Picchu and all our tour and transport needs and we loved the hotel atmosphere and location. Her father Don Vicente was also very helpful and kind.
