It's quite far from city centre & tourist attractions, barely walkable and only if going downhill.
Breakfast was nice for this price, offers paid laundry(return next day afternoon).
Odor in the bathroom & noise from next door neighbor loud & clear.
Great view if you get a room facing the city.

The location is little bit far, it’s kind of like at the very high point in Cusco, but all the staffs are very kind and patient. I would recommend people staying at this hotel.

1⃣️There is hot water and tea in the lobby, you can make your own, and there is also an electronic fire-making device
2⃣️There is a kettle in the hotel room, 2 bottles of water, and free snacks, which is very warm
3⃣️The room has a hair dryer and a bathtub. Those who like it will like it very much, but I personally don’t like it because the bathtub and the direct shower are combined, and the hot water is not hot

Location is not very near city centre, probably good for people who drive. The wifi signal is bad (totally no wifi) when I was there. There’s heater in the room.

Excelente lugar, todo super limpio y muy moderno, la comida a la carta es tipo gourmet, el bar es muy acojedor y preparan un pisco delicioso (Carlos y Fredy) y sobre todo es que son super amables todos, desde la recepción, el comedor y el bar. Lo super recomiendo lo único es que tal vez sería la distancia pero de bajada es súper rápido llegar, fácil y nada peligroso, y de subida un taxi te cobra a lo mucho 10 soles desde el centro.

Excelente servicio y atención por parte de todo el equipo. El desayuno delicioso y muy completo La limpieza excelente, los cuartos a gusto y con caja de seguridad, secadora, TV y dulces de coca para la altura Cuando sales a tours temprano te preparan un lunch box

Me encantó la habitación triple, el check in a primera hora para el descanso, excelente atención en todo momento, muy amables, Carlitos hizo una excelente demostración de preparación de pisco y Fredy excelente atención en comedor, la recepción igual de atentos en todo momento nos mantenían al tanto de todo, muy bien ubicado, la azotea con el bar con una vista preciosa.

Excelente servicio y muy limpias las habitaciones por las noches es muy tranquilo la cual ayuda a descansar mejor, Carlitos nos apoyo en todo y nos dio una excelente degustacion de pisco. La comida y el servicio del restaruante es muy buena, recomiendo probar el pay de postre, es excelente !

Desde el early check in fue genial, todo muy limpio , todos con una atención excelente, recomiendo las cenas y postres , el bar carlos con buena atención nos enseñó a hacer bebidas típicas , la vista está muy bonita mi más sincera admiración para Fredy quien brinda una atención de primera recomiendo ampliamente este hotel
