Great place for a budget stay. There was a disappointing miscommunication at the check-in, but it was solved later that night. A heater is 20 soles more and without a heater the room is very cold. Nice stay at the good price! Also, only 10 min away from Limbus - my favorite restaurant in Cusco (and it’s a straight walk, no need to climb many stairs lol)

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre d'Aréquipa. Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste en quantité. Mais personnel très accueillant et agréable

Las atenciones, su cercanía a la plaza de armas a pocos minutos caminando lo hace una excelente opción. La limpieza diaria de las habitaciones y el cambio de lencería. Siempre estuvieron muy al pendiente de todo y de las posibles necesidades. El encargado todo el tiempo super amable. Un punto a mejorar sería la calefacción en invierno, la temperatura baja mucho Super recomendado para aquellas personas que buscan un lugar tranquilo y bonito sin muchas pretensiones lujosas.

We stayed two nights. Location is very good and close to San Blas. Everything clean, comfortable and a good communication in general. Even with Transport from the airport. I can recommend this place. ☺️

It is a lovely small property with more of an apartment vibe than a hotel. They keep the front door locked but someone is always there to let you in. I went in winter and there is no heating in the room but the staff was very kind to lend me a space heater, have to ask for it though. They also offered a Cocoa Tea when I checked in and were pretty accommodating of my needs overall.
The only thing that wasn't the property's fault but the person next door kept blasting music very early in the AM - with no regard to anyone. Gotta love those folks.
