Firstly the positive: the food in the panoramic restaurant is very good! Breakfast buffet is also. The service of the young man in the hotel bar is excellent. - The greeting at the arrival is very polite and premature. The rooms (we were there as a group) are largely very low and withdrawn. The hotel is very warm as ”concrete boxes” and air conditioning is insufficient. The service in the restaurant is sometimes very unfriendly and over-charged, but is trying. Organization should still be learned. And when paying: unfriendly, incompetent, over-received receptionist. No 4 stars, the price-performance ratio is not appropriate

Wir haben eine Fahrradtour entlang der Weser gemacht und als Ziel Helgoland gehabt. In Cuxhaven haben wir 2 Nächte mit einer Nacht dazwischen gebucht. Für das Hotel war das kein Problem. Nach einem freundlichen Telefonat konnte ich die Übernachtungen so buchen. Am Tag der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, das die Rezeption bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Unsere 3 EZ waren super eingerichtet. Ein mögliches Umbuchen auf DZ wäre problemlos möglich gewesen. Das Frühstück ist schon sehr gut aber vor 9 Jahren war es noch ausgefeilter.

We spent a weekend at Moin Hotel. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and a perfect room for us. Because the weather was so beautiful, we only looked at the SPA area and didn't use it. But we'll find it. The kitchen in the restaurant was fantastic. In fact, we were just going to eat there on Friday. But because it tasted us so well, we were there on Saturday and Sunday. Concluded: a really nice weekend at Moin Hotel Cuxhaven 😀

Pura Vida is a very well located hotel right behind the deck. The concept is fresh and young in contrast to the older hotels on the site. The establishment of the rooms and public areas takes the concept and is very modern. The hotel has a large parking space. In view of the orientation of the hotel, a load pillar for electric cars would be desirable for the future. There is a fitness area that is free of charge. Also the sauna and steam sauna area is free and super beautiful. We had the luck to have the SPA almost always all for us alone. Breakfast is rich and healthy. Coffee and tea can be obtained free in the dining room until 18:00. The Wifi is very good throughout the hotel area. The rooms are very large and you have a floor heating in the bathroom. We agree with the previous reviews in that the cleanness of the rooms is likely to be worked a little more intensively. Here is air up. The care products that are available in the room or in the Spa are very high quality. There are very good and many restaurants around.

That was really not so to expect. What is this for a great hotel. Personal good, location good, breakfast good. What you want more. But the hamster are the lovely designed rooms. There is someone's eyes and hands. Very stylish. We were excited. One comment for the owner: Please install LED lamps as soon as possible! Do not cost much and save without end.
