Ein gut geführtes, kleines Hotel. Unser Doppelzimmer mit kleinem Balkon zum Meer hin war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Alles war so, wie es in der Buchung beschrieben war. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir gehen da gewiss wieder hin. Und das Frühstücksbüffet erst. Absolut erstklassig. Gibt es im Mahlzeit am Meer. Das Restaurant ist im selben Haus im Erdgeschoss. Auch hier sagen wir, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ für die Speisen und auch für alle Mitarbeiter!

Jugendstilhaus. Beste Lage im Zentrum von Duhnen. Aufzug vorhanden. 2 Gehminuten zum Strand. Parkplätze hinter dem Gebäude. Historische Räume. Zimmer renoviert und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Familiärer Umgang. Habe ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Hier komm ich wieder her. Das Wattenmeer ist hier wundervoll. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant „Mahlzeit am Meer“. Es wird vom Sohn des Hauses auf eigene Rechnung geführt. Das führt anfänglich zu Verwirrung, weil die familiäre Zusammengehörigkeit deutlich spürbar ist. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Das Abendessen kann beispielsweise nicht aufs Zimmer gebucht werden. Kein Problem. Wunderschöner Speisesaal im Jugendstil. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet von 09:00 bis 11:30 Uhr. Achtung: Kaffeespezialitäten (Milchkaffee, Cappuccinos, etc.) mit Aufpreis.

Man kommt an und fühlt sich wohl. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit in diesem Hotel ist einzigartig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, dass den Blick auf die Schifffahrtsroute nach und von Hamburg ermöglicht. Sauberkeit und Detailverliebtheit war hier Programm. Vom Fernglas auf der Fensterbank bis zur Badaustattung ist alles stimmig und erzeugt sofort Wohlfühlcharakter. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstüch gab es im "Restaurant am Meer" nebenan, dass von der nächsten Generation Schmarjes hervorragend geführt wird. Beides, Hotel und Restaurant, sind absolut empfehlenswert.
