Very clean precise excellent place.staffs are super friendly, approachable. Front desk is so nice and helpful and non stopped approach customer to clear their doubts.

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.

For solo travellers especially woman do not…I repeat..do not booking this apartment. You need to share the apartment with strangers. They have 3 rooms and you need to shared bathroom as well. The owner not responsible for your security thus I advice all solo travellers avoid this apartment at all cost

Receptionist was friendly and attentive. She noticed it was my birthday and wished me happy birthday. This was my second time staying here. Cleanliness was ok but can be improved. Breakfast buffest spread was ok but to my opinion, the taste and variety went downhill compared to my first stay in 2022. Hope that can be improved too.

My stay was super pleasant and my niece really enjoys the pool! Mind you, the pool shared with the shaftbury residence and they are salt water pool! The pool is very big, make sure to bring your swimsuit, you will not regret it! However there were no shoes in the room, we opened all the drawers but found none. Probably had to ask from the reception but it's okay, nothing much on that as their floor is not tiles nor hard hardwood floower. The services of their staff, like always from Accor group, top notch. There are different lift from parking lot (we park at B1) to the other floor, their staff even help pointing us to the right direction. Make sure to bring your TnG with you so you can validate it for free parking. I booked via Trip so it comes with breakfast, but boy they didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet, like my previous stay in another Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos to the chef/baker who served and made the croissant sandwich from table to table, love their croissant and fillings! Kudos to the chef who prepared my scramble the way I requested. And also to that delicious nasi lemak. Plus, that surprising ice cream for breakfast which of course, the most enjoyable one for my niece. Just that we went for breakfast quite late around 9am so the refill is a bit slow on some food but we still manage to taste almost all of them (except for the noodle station). and the restaurant used for breakfast buffet is so big that you can sit far from other guests.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.
