Awaken Da Nang Hotel

Very clean hotel, strategic location. Directly across from the beach.

The room was clean and tidy, the service was good.

The facilities are nice and clean. The breakfast menu doesn't have much. I think it's because there aren't many customers. It's quiet and not noisy. I plan to stay here again next time. The view is nice.

The worst hotel we stayed in during our entire Vietnam trip, no doubt about it, the price was 460 yuan per night, excluding breakfast. Main problems: We arrived at the hotel to check in on the first day. Because we booked an irrevocable order on Ctrip, the hotel did not inform us when we checked in that there would be a fire drill later, which caused us to be awakened when we were half asleep the next morning. I ran out in my shorts, and I thought there was a disaster. Later, someone came up and said it was a fire drill, but my order could not be refunded, so I had to stay. On the third day, we repeated what happened on the second day, but we knew it was a drill and we didn't run. Second, the hotel has no balcony, but the Hilton Garden Hotel next door has one. There is no self-service laundry room. If you want to wash clothes, you need to pay 70,000 Vietnamese dong, about 21 yuan per piece, which is very expensive. It is very troublesome to wash and dry clothes without a balcony. Third, there is no smoking room. Smoking can only be done downstairs, which is very unfriendly to smoking tourists. We understand and respect the hotel's requirements, but other hotels in the entire Vietnam trip provide smoking rooms when checking in. Fourth, the beach opposite the hotel is relatively remote, there are no delicious foods around, and the room environment is similar to that of Home Inn in China. It is recommended that Chinese people do not stay in this hotel when they come to play, it is very inconvenient. Cheaper hotels can be booked in the city, and if you want to play on the beach, you can book a 5-star hotel, which is at most 100-200 yuan more expensive, and the service you enjoy is completely different. Fifth, the summary is two words, not worth it.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is nice. The staff are also very friendly and I had a comfortable and pleasant holiday. The location is a little far away, but it's quiet and nice. There is a path to the beach right in front of the hotel, so it's great for a morning walk.
