"We checked in at 2 PM, and free luggage storage was available. Breakfast was pretty standard, and the pool could have been cleaner. We were assigned a room with a sea view, and the scenery was stunning once we pulled back the curtains. The hotel is located on the second row from the beach, roughly a 5-minute walk away. Right outside the property, you'll find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, spas, and ATMs. Even after check-out, they allowed us to use their shower facilities after returning from the beach. The service was excellent, and my only regret is that we only booked for one day."

"The breakfast is good alot of choices Room great Facilities like swimming pools gym and sauna almost old Hotel got room slippers but not new, was used by previous guest which is big no no for me its not hygienic"

"The location is very nice and near to the airport and Danang places of interest . The rooms on the Han river side are must to enjoy the Danang lights and cruises sailing. The staff was courteous and even though my flight was in the early morning they provided us with take away breakfast. All and all nice place, only negative is that I couldn't find anyone in their restaurant and staff was scarce during morning check out."

"This was our second stay at the Balcona hotel. The hotel is safe for families and it is in front of the beach. The staff is polite and helpful. They even prepared veg sandwiches for us every morning. Thank you Balcona hotel"

"Excellent location in the city centre. Situated in front of the Han River and close proximity to the Dragon Bridge, Han Market and the numerous popular eateries and cafes. Room and washrooms are clean and towels, toiletries and toothbrush are provided. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Cons: Room and bed are small and there is only a small entrance to the bed where one end of the bed joins to the adjacent bed and the other end has the stairs steps attached to the upper bed. Other than this, I would recommend this hostel to fellow travellers. It's value for money."

"We took family room with 3 beds . The price was very cheaper and the hotel looks clean but get disappointed when see many bedbugs crawling.. it's really alot.. and asked to change the room and downgrade to 2bed room instead.. we feel relieved because no bed bugs on the second room"

"This is a great beach hotel option in Da Nang. Just need to cross the road to the beach. The hotel itself is new clean, simple and bright. Pillow and mattress are comfy. Air cond works well. Shower toileteries are from good brand. View from 14th floor was ok too although higher floor would be better. Their infinity pool is a standout with great views of the ocean. Buffet breakfast is good too alto the spread may not be huge. Overall my stay at this hotel is great. Highly recommended."

"The location is a bit out of the way, but the service is pretty good. There's a dessert shop downstairs with tasty treats. Across the street is the beach, and if you keep walking towards Son Tra Peninsula, you'll pass Quan Am Temple. There are also some spots along the road where you can access less crowded rocky beaches, though I can't recall the exact entrances."
