"Was pleasantly surprised with the reception on check-in. Ms Vy the guest relations officer was very warm, helpful & professional. She even tried to check golfing sites when she heard that I was trying to golf around the Danang area. Our room had a good sea view & the breakfasts & local food menu had a good range of local & international food. Breakfast food range on the 28th floor was not as extensive as on the 3rd floor restaurant but the sea views were worth the visit. Overall great value for our room rates. Will come again."

"My personal experience is great! An excellent stay at the hotel. The staffs were great as well; very welcoming and warm as well. They offer you tea upon arriving and the check in was quick, even though I arrived a bit earlier than their check in time. Just one thing: as an introvert, they do ask you to write a review and sometimes it may comes off a bit pressuring, but it’s still understandable and within bounds, so it’s not too bad. As for the cleanliness, I am a bit of a clean freak, so my scale would 3.7/5 but it’s still clean. The reason for that was because the bed sheets were a bit winkled so it made me feel like they didn’t change the sheet(I’m sure they do); I could see the tiny yellow stains on the towel(but they are washed cuz I can smell the laundry detergent). Just a note: i am not sure about other rooms but the water flowed to outside of the bathroom as the water pressure was a lot and it went straight to the bathroom door, where there is no block for water. So just be careful with the shower head. All in all, if you don’t have cleanliness ocd, definitely consider this place. It’s 5 mins to the airport, 10 mins to the beach so it’s pretty close to here and there. If you are solo traveler, you can use grab bikes as it is very convenient. I’d say it’s worth the price and I’d definitely come here again."

"The view from the room was amazing and the price I got was great, the bathroom was very spacious exactly like the pic. The only thing I'm not happy about was when I got some dirty towels many times, I know some guests can make a mess before I came but I wish the staffs would be more careful too. The smoking smell was there all the time even though the sign said 'no smoking' The rooftop floor was closed and messy while I was there."

"Hey, we stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment with family, and it was a very good size. Very spacious, and the best part is that it is right in front of the sea 🌊 with amazing sea views. There are many eateries nearby, and it is very well connected to markets, coffee shops, and more. Lady Buddha is also very near. We also had a very amazing view of Lady Buddha from our room. The airport is also just 15 minutes away. So amazing in every way. The only not-so-good thing about it was that the vegetarian options were very limited. By very means, very limited. I just literally survived on bread, butter, hash browns, and some veg fried rice (the oil used to make it smells like meat, so I didn't eat it). There was also a very limited veg banh mi option. Although there is an indian restaurant just in front of our hotel called “nazare”, but I didn't try that. But if you leave aside food, then everything was excellent. The service, the staff, and the location were just wow. Also, we went at Christmas time, so it was even more magical."

"The room was a bit small, with the bed nestled between two walls and a large floor-to-ceiling window. However, compared to the more spacious rooms in mainland China, we actually preferred tru's room design! It felt very cozy and secure. Since it's a newly renovated hotel, all the facilities are brand new. The TV even had local channels, and we unexpectedly watched a censored version of Fifty Shades of Grey in Vietnam, haha! It was quite an interesting experience. The breakfast selection was also very good, and the pho was excellent. The dessert shop next door was also delicious 😋 We ended up eating there twice a day during our three-day stay. The only minor drawback is that there's no sea view. To get to the beach, you need to rent an electric scooter and cross the bridge. Overall, it's still quite convenient, especially considering that even Hilton and Marriott don't have prime sea-view locations here!"

"This is a typical four-star business hotel. I stayed in a twin room, which was quite spacious. It offered a sea view; the first picture shows the view from the balcony on a sunny day, which was pretty good. The breakfast was mediocre with very limited options, probably on par with a decent three-star hotel. However, none of the hotel breakfasts I had in Vietnam on this trip were particularly satisfying; it seems to be a common issue here. The second picture shows the rooftop infinity pool, which I couldn't try due to a personal health issue, but I went up to see it both at night and during the day, and the view was great. The small gym is located above the pool and is also decent. There's a convenience store downstairs, and a few steps away are restaurants, with My Khe Beach's main area easily accessible by foot. Overall, considering everything, I'd give this hotel a 4 to 4.5 rating. During my stay, the stopper switch for the sink broke and was quickly repaired, but unfortunately, it was a temporary fix as it broke again the next day. The cleanliness is a common issue for this type of large chain hotel – not exceptionally meticulous, but no major problems either."

"Nice lobby, good service from bellboy to receiptionist. Nice room, cozy, well design Nice breakfast, and good resto staff. But the location not really walking distance to beach and river (at least more than 10 mins to walk). But overall, value for money."
