Caroline ChinWe stayed in the 2 BR villa for 3N. The villa was run seperately from Ocean suites apartments, although they are all within the same vicinity. The hosts used Whatsapp to communicate with us days before our arrival and was very responsive on all the questions we had during our stay in the villa. We used the same Whatsapp communication to checkin & checkout of the villa and to call the buggy to pick us from villa to beach etc, it was all rather smooth. The villa building on the whole is rather dated, the water in the private swimming pool looked a bit dark, or greenish, and the pump does not seem to be running all day, seemed to be turned off at night. My kids were afraid to swim in the private pool, so we just swam in the main pool by the restaurant, which was near the beach. The beach tide was low when we visited, and we had to wander far out to be able to swim by the beach front. Food at the neptune restaurant was alacarte, no buffet seemed to be in operation even though its mentioned that they serve buffet. All sports, ie tennis archery had to be reserved in advance and there were charges. The kids club looked like a small dark room where the kids were contained in. The pool by the main Ocean suites apartment had a rough stone flooring, have to becareful when swimming. There wasn't much vibe by the beachfront, no music etc. Location wise, the villa is considered to be in Danang, but its far from the city center. taxi rides can take 30min and is about 15sgd per way. If one wants to visit Danang city more frequently, I would suggest to stay in a more city central location.

The villa was ideally located and yet not too noisy. We loved the food recommendations as well as the explanations to visit different places. It was very convenient to have the bikes.
Breakfast was really good and the host was always friendly. We would definitly recommend.

말의온도It was so good for a family of 4 to stay
I arrived at dawn on the first day, so I asked for a pick-up service.
He listened well and I slept in a double bed in each room.
The pool is clean and well maintained in the morning
It was good. The location is only 200 meters away.
You could use a bar on the beach when you cross the street at the store.
There was a bread shop in the back alley of the hostel, and the croissant sandwich was delicious. The infrastructure of the hostel was good
During my stay for 4 days and 3 nights, I checked in the middle to see if there was any inconvenience. On the last day, I went to the address I taught near the airport in the luggage storage part.
It took me a little time to communicate with my luggage.
I was able to communicate in English, and I was able to solve it.
If I only went with my husband in his 60s who didn't speak English well,
I almost inconvenient. I hope you can tell me there by phone in advance in the luggage storage area.
Thanks to the consideration of the staff, it was a pleasant and comfortable trip
Thank you.

The showering area right with the toilet bowel. Outside of our room the sitting chairs, one of it even broken. If you would like smt affordable, can go for this.

Guest UserThis was the first of three hotels I stayed at on this trip. It's a relatively new hotel, and the room was spacious. The furnishings had an antique style, but they also seemed quite new. Security wasn't an issue. Both the air conditioning and ceiling fan worked well, so cooling wasn't a problem. I was worried about insects, but there were none. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby and a cafe within a 5-minute walk.
Now for some things that weren't quite what I expected:
* Part of my room was visible from the hotel entrance.
* You had to take off your shoes at the hotel entrance, and only shared sandals were available.
* The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.
* Since there was no partition, the bathroom floor, including the toilet area, would get wet after a shower.
* The sink didn't drain very well (though it wasn't completely clogged).
* The water provided wasn't bottled water.
* The air conditioner and fan were quite noisy.
* On the first day, there was something like a red leaf attached to the hand towel.
However, the air conditioning worked effectively, and it was generally quiet and comfortable. Finally, the woman who handled my check-out (and seemed to be involved in cleaning) was very pleasant. Please note, these are the detailed opinions of a Japanese person who might be a bit particular.

Hoi An TNT Villa is an absolute gem nestled in the charming town of Hoi An, Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that made my stay truly unforgettable. This villa is the perfect blend of traditional Vietnamese charm and modern comfort, offering an experience that feels both authentic and luxurious.
**Accommodation:**
The villa itself is stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms that exude a sense of elegance and comfort. The traditional Vietnamese decor, combined with modern amenities, created a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and a private balcony that offered a peaceful view of the surrounding greenery. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home.
**Service:**
The staff at Hoi An TNT Villa are exceptional. From the moment I checked in, they went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or helping with tour bookings. Their genuine warmth and professionalism truly set this villa apart.
**Location:**
The villa’s location is ideal—close enough to the heart of Hoi An to be convenient, yet far enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. It’s just a short bike ride or walk to the ancient town, where I explored the lantern-lit streets, historic sites, and vibrant markets. The villa also offers free bicycle rentals, which made getting around both easy and enjoyable.
**Amenities:**
Hoi An TNT Villa offers a range of amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a mix of Vietnamese and Western options that catered to all tastes. I also appreciated the small touches, like the fresh fruit and bottled water provided daily in my room.
**Overall Experience:**
My stay at Hoi An TNT Villa was nothing short of exceptional. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease, surrounded by beauty and hospitality. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, a family, or solo, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Hoi An. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return someday.
**Rating:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I stayed in this hotel in Superior Room with garden view on 3rd floor and I really enjoyed! It's very nice view, comfortable room with big bead and amazing bath tub, normally working hot water and very friendly staff. I recommend to choose the room with garden view, because ik the other side if the hotel there is big road that makes a lot of sound, but on the garden view side it's normal. So I can recommend this place with garden view, and it's also available to take bicycle for ride around the city in daytime for free

They upgraded my room, and in the end I had an entire floor to myself. The toilet was in a separate room, and since I was the only guest on that floor, it felt private. However, laundry was being dried right next to my bathroom. There was also access to a balcony, though I didn’t use it. There was no trash bin in the room. The hosts also provide bicycles for guests to use.
One night, the hosts were burning incense, and the smoke reached all the way up to my floor (the 4th floor). I got scared, thinking there might be a fire. I think guests should be warned about this in advance.
The stay didn’t start very well, as I booked a room with breakfast, but in the end there was no breakfast. I’m not sure whose mistake it was, but Trip.com immediately tried to help and resolve the issue, and the hosts also made an effort. Still, everything felt a bit off from the beginning. I was also greeted by a man sitting barefoot on a sofa, and the check-in was done there as well, which didn’t feel very presentable.
Overall, I don’t think this accommodation is worth €75 for three nights. It feels very overpriced for Vietnam. I am currently paying around the same price for a hotel right by the sea with breakfast, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, where my room has a bathtub and two separate rooms.

Guest UserI had the best stay at Lux Annam in Da Nang. It is a luxury property featuring uniquely themed rooms, and we booked the Tu Du Room.
The room was beautifully designed with luxurious finishing touches throughout. My favourite feature was the bathtub placed right in the middle of the room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with the smoothest sheets. The bathroom was also a highlight, equipped with a smart toilet, wall water jets, and a rain shower that made the experience feel especially high-end.
The location is quite secluded, situated within a residential housing estate, which can feel slightly unexpected at first. However, this also means it is very quiet and peaceful, away from the busy main streets, something we really appreciated. Do note that you will need to take a Grab to get in and out, and there are no convenience stores within walking distance.
During our stay, we were the only guests apart from one solo traveler, so the pool felt like a private space, almost like a personal villa staycation.
Breakfast is arranged via a menu sent on WhatsApp the night before, where you select your preferred options.
Overall, I would consider Lux Annam a hidden gem for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and avoid the usual tourist rush. We also visited a nearby spa, Navi Spa, which even provided complimentary pick-up from our location.
I truly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for a quiet, restorative getaway rather than a location-based sightseeing trip.

mcpoThe waitress at the front desk was nice and took me to the room. The location of the hotel is very good. By the river, you can see the performances of Impression Hoi An. The hotel is very clean and sanitary. The third floor I live in is the tallest in their hotel. The room is well ventilated and has a large window that can be fully opened. Cool clothes are convenient. Breakfast was ordered and made delicious and delicious. The pool can be worth staying, very special
