Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay here at The Ocean Suites, under the care of Tony and Lisa. From booking airport transfer to spa, and other services, both of them were responsive and very friendly.
The requested assistance comes around quickly too.
Overall, we had a relaxing and wonderful stay here and would love to visit again.
Thank you!

Guest UserGreat stay with a peaceful atmosphere and attentive host.
The room was tidy and nicely designed, making it very comfortable for our stay. Each room has its own individual air conditioning, which was a big plus for comfort. The location is quiet and away from the crowds, perfect for relaxing or spending quality time with friends and family. Amenities were well provided and of good quality. The owner was very supportive throughout our stay and even offered helpful suggestions before our arrival. The hotel is also conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to My Khe Beach, and a Lotte supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, which is great for shopping.
On the downside, the housekeeping schedule was a bit confusing, as staff sometimes arrived earlier than expected. There are also limited good restaurant options nearby, but it’s easy to order food via Grab.

Guest UserIt’s like home away from home stay. The owners are very caring and friendly people. The room was huge, so was the bathroom The breakfast was so delicious and inexpensive. It was too much. I couldn’t finish it all. The walk to the beach takes only 5 minutes and on the way to it you pass through a little market where you can buy all kind of exotic fruits and vegetables.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed in both the villa and the apartment - in room breakfast is good, spa service is good, price reasonable. The common pool is nice. Restaurant NEP food is nice. Villa has nice private pool. Staff is helpful, always responsive 24/7 on requests. The negatives - Facilities not maintained well - kids club toys are super old, ensuite bathroom in the apartment has no shield and the design means water will leak everywhere. Villa floor not clean properly.

Very quiet place to stay and room was clean and comfortable. The boss is super friendly and helpful though out our stay. They also provide free bicycle for easy travel around the old town. You can also rent a motorcycle at VND120k for whole day to move around Hoi An.
We are very happy with the stay.

Hoi An TNT Villa is an absolute gem nestled in the charming town of Hoi An, Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that made my stay truly unforgettable. This villa is the perfect blend of traditional Vietnamese charm and modern comfort, offering an experience that feels both authentic and luxurious.
**Accommodation:**
The villa itself is stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms that exude a sense of elegance and comfort. The traditional Vietnamese decor, combined with modern amenities, created a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and a private balcony that offered a peaceful view of the surrounding greenery. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings made it feel like a true home away from home.
**Service:**
The staff at Hoi An TNT Villa are exceptional. From the moment I checked in, they went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or helping with tour bookings. Their genuine warmth and professionalism truly set this villa apart.
**Location:**
The villa’s location is ideal—close enough to the heart of Hoi An to be convenient, yet far enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. It’s just a short bike ride or walk to the ancient town, where I explored the lantern-lit streets, historic sites, and vibrant markets. The villa also offers free bicycle rentals, which made getting around both easy and enjoyable.
**Amenities:**
Hoi An TNT Villa offers a range of amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a mix of Vietnamese and Western options that catered to all tastes. I also appreciated the small touches, like the fresh fruit and bottled water provided daily in my room.
**Overall Experience:**
My stay at Hoi An TNT Villa was nothing short of exceptional. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease, surrounded by beauty and hospitality. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, a family, or solo, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Hoi An. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return someday.

We came as x2 couples but could have very comfortably had a third couple as up stairs there are x3 bedrooms all with their own private shower, toilet and television. There is a 4th bathroom downstairs where you also get a large kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking eating, a big dining room, and living room. The deck is a nice size with a small private pool outside, which has a deep / shallow end.
The place is brand new, modern, clean and for us was a great location. I'd recommend you rent a scooter or car because you are more than a walk away from the beach and old town. Via scooter, you're 3 mins away from the beautiful beach and about 10mins from the old town. There are a couple of good coffee shops just at the main entrance of the villas as you walk out to the right. We only found them the last day and had to rely on Grab delivery some mornings.
The landlady Rocy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 7-day stay. My gf got food poisoning from some street food and was in major pain one night At 11pm I asked Rocy where to get medicine, and she immediately brought us some without question. She helped us stock the villa with groceries before arrival and got had scooters waiting for us as well which made everything so much easier.
If you and some friends or your bigger family is planning on staying in HoiAn, I highly recommend this rental!

They upgraded my room, and in the end I had an entire floor to myself. The toilet was in a separate room, and since I was the only guest on that floor, it felt private. However, laundry was being dried right next to my bathroom. There was also access to a balcony, though I didn’t use it. There was no trash bin in the room. The hosts also provide bicycles for guests to use.
One night, the hosts were burning incense, and the smoke reached all the way up to my floor (the 4th floor). I got scared, thinking there might be a fire. I think guests should be warned about this in advance.
The stay didn’t start very well, as I booked a room with breakfast, but in the end there was no breakfast. I’m not sure whose mistake it was, but Trip.com immediately tried to help and resolve the issue, and the hosts also made an effort. Still, everything felt a bit off from the beginning. I was also greeted by a man sitting barefoot on a sofa, and the check-in was done there as well, which didn’t feel very presentable.
Overall, I don’t think this accommodation is worth €75 for three nights. It feels very overpriced for Vietnam. I am currently paying around the same price for a hotel right by the sea with breakfast, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, where my room has a bathtub and two separate rooms.

I stayed in this hotel in Superior Room with garden view on 3rd floor and I really enjoyed! It's very nice view, comfortable room with big bead and amazing bath tub, normally working hot water and very friendly staff. I recommend to choose the room with garden view, because ik the other side if the hotel there is big road that makes a lot of sound, but on the garden view side it's normal. So I can recommend this place with garden view, and it's also available to take bicycle for ride around the city in daytime for free

Guest UserI had the best stay at Lux Annam in Da Nang. It is a luxury property featuring uniquely themed rooms, and we booked the Tu Du Room.
The room was beautifully designed with luxurious finishing touches throughout. My favourite feature was the bathtub placed right in the middle of the room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with the smoothest sheets. The bathroom was also a highlight, equipped with a smart toilet, wall water jets, and a rain shower that made the experience feel especially high-end.
The location is quite secluded, situated within a residential housing estate, which can feel slightly unexpected at first. However, this also means it is very quiet and peaceful, away from the busy main streets, something we really appreciated. Do note that you will need to take a Grab to get in and out, and there are no convenience stores within walking distance.
During our stay, we were the only guests apart from one solo traveler, so the pool felt like a private space, almost like a personal villa staycation.
Breakfast is arranged via a menu sent on WhatsApp the night before, where you select your preferred options.
Overall, I would consider Lux Annam a hidden gem for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and avoid the usual tourist rush. We also visited a nearby spa, Navi Spa, which even provided complimentary pick-up from our location.
I truly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for a quiet, restorative getaway rather than a location-based sightseeing trip.
