Guest UserThe room isn't huge, but it's comfortable, beautiful, and has a great vacation vibe.
The bathtub in the bathroom is super deep! Anyone under 150cm should be careful not to drown. Taller people or those with larger builds will probably love it. It's great for soaking and the water pressure is excellent.
Breakfast was delicious, but the best part was their coffee – it's out of this world! Even though it's prepared by the staff, I suspect they've won barista championships. Seriously, every latte came out perfectly adorned.
The juices were also incredibly tasty and freshly squeezed.
Aside from the blackout curtains in the room not being very effective, everything else was fine. Though the natural light was actually quite pleasant.
There's a 24-hour convenience store about 100 meters from the hotel where you can buy various things.
- A quick tip: paying directly at the hotel was cheaper than booking online.
- The only downside is the lack of accessible pathways. So, be prepared to do some lifting. There are about four steps between the hotel and the road.
- The entire hotel only has four floors of guest rooms, with just three rooms per floor. The top floor has a pool, which is great for photos and has some jets for massages, but it's not really for swimming – though it's fine for kids to splash around.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is super close to Hoi An Ancient Town, within walking distance, and also near the night market and restaurants. The decor style is pretty nice too. However, the room was incredibly small, and so was the bed. There was a phone on the nightstand, making it difficult to put anything else down. What's even crazier is that to get into bed, you had to squeeze past a corner sideways – it was ridiculous. Thankfully, it was cleaned fairly well, but on the second day, a bug somehow got in and scared my daughter to tears. While I understand that's common in Southeast Asia, it still wasn't a great experience. I wouldn't recommend it for families. The biggest highlight was the swimming pool, which my kids really enjoyed, but there's no way I'd stay there again.

Guest UserThe location is convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to Han Market. Next to Han Market, there are many massage parlors and restaurants with reasonable prices. We booked three sea-view rooms, and the views varied; some were very open, while others were obstructed. The chicken noodle soup across the hotel is delicious.

Staff, food, and beach were all wonderful. There is a sea wall straight out from the beach, which during low tide means there are almost no waves. During high tide there are more gentle waves. At first we were a little disappointed in this as we love the sound of the waves, but when we visited a beach further down, there was no swimming allowed as the waves were too severe. So I am glad we could go swimming any time. The beach is white sand, no garbage, no seaweed, just nice clean sandy beach.
The room was nice, but the AC blows right on your head, which my wife does not appreciate. However it was too hot to not have it on, so she spent night with a pillow over her head :)
The only real negative is the location. I imagine this used to be a happening area; it is no longer. There is a small shop just in front of the hotel which also does laundry and mediocre massage, so that is convenient. But there is little else in the area. We ended up taking a Grab everywhere. That being said, it was very quiet and peaceful, so it depends on what you are interested in. If you want a place to just set up and stay, the food was good, the beach is great, the staff is wonderful, and the beach was very quiet. Oh, and the spa was fantastic although a little pricey as all hotel spas are.

Guest UserStayed for three nights, and the overall experience was far from good.
Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews for hotels, but given the price and positioning of this hotel, the service was truly disappointing. I even felt that it was worse than some smaller, less expensive hotels.
The front desk staff's attitude was not friendly at all. The biggest letdown was breakfast. It clearly stated that it was served until 10:30 am, but by 9:15 am, they had already started clearing the food. My friend called to rush us downstairs, and when we got there at just 9:30 am, most of the food was already gone. My friend ended up only being able to eat a bowl of noodles.
I later found out that the hotel actually has three breakfast locations. If they were going to clear up early at this particular location, the staff should have proactively informed guests that they could continue eating at other restaurants, instead of letting us make a wasted trip.
I hope the hotel can improve its service and communication to match the quality expected at this price point.

We stayed at Mandila Beach Hotel during our visit to Da Nang and overall had a pleasant experience.
The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store right next to the hotel, which made it very easy to buy snacks and essentials.
When we arrived, we received a refreshing welcome drink and the staff kindly helped us with our luggage, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but since we mostly used the hotel just for sleeping after exploring the city, it wasn't a big issue for us. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options to choose from each morning.
One thing to note is that although we selected two children when booking, we had to pay an additional fee for one child at check-in. We also lost our room card during our stay and had to pay a fee for a replacement.
The hotel also has a restaurant and swimming pool on the 19th floor, which offers a great spot to relax.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location and a good base for exploring Da Nang.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it makes up for that with great amenities. There’s a lovely swimming pool, mini casino, Ktv bar and an extensive spa facility. The view of Han River is exceptional.
Getting around is easy, most Grab cars wait around the hotel.
Improvements:
Booking trips with the concierge is terribly expensive. Our trip to Ba na hills cost us half of what the hotel charged.
The shuttle service is a great bonus but the schedule is a little inconvenient for a lot of activities. For example, you can only leave for the beach at 7:30 or 15:00, nothing in between.

Guest Userthis place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was
unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue
the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk
all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else
thanks to our hosts!!
