"Pros: • Perfect location, the sea is just across the road 🔥 • Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices, no one will go hungry. • Large swimming pool on the 20th floor, but the water is a bit cool. Good for cooling down in hot weather, though. • New guests receive a complimentary afternoon tea with snacks upon check-in. Cons: • Small ants were crawling in the room and even in the bed 🐜 (my daughter woke up with ant bites on her legs). • Housekeeping was mediocre. For three people, they only provided one comb, cotton swabs, and a shower cap. Toothbrushes were available upon request at the reception (a sign in the room stated this). • No bathrobes, only towel sets. Overall, it's good for a few days."

"This Japanese-owned hotel definitely boasts polite service, which is commendable! However, what really annoyed me was that even though check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, we didn't get our room until 2:30 PM. It was super inconvenient for four kids to change into their swimsuits. Plus, the room was really old, and the only table lamp made the whole room so dim that I didn't even want to go back. When we finally did return at night, we found a huge cockroach in our bathroom. Seriously, I never want to stay at this hotel again!"
