"This hotel is located near Pham Van Dong, an area popular with Koreans, so there are many businesses catering to Koreans nearby. The location is great, and the facilities for this price are excellent. I'm not sure if it's just on Delivery K, but when I searched for this hotel's name, it showed a different hotel about a 4-minute walk away. So, I'd recommend Korean guests double-check the hotel address when ordering delivery. There was some drilling noise during the day from construction right next door, but it was tolerable."

"The Hotel in General was very clean but could do with a refurbishment as its starting to show it's age at nearly 20 years old, the Room was nice and clean which was the main thing , we stopped on the 20th floor the only disappointment from our room was all the windows where badly stained from the weather on the outside and made the view not so nice , and in the morning the wallpaper near the windows was wet and damp from the condensation. Apart from that everything sale was great."

"The location is amazing, just 10 min walking to the Da Nang International Airport. Although there are some cons, the homestay is located in an area that looks a little bit suspicious, and as a female solo traveler arriving at night it wasn't so pleasant. Also I bought a small bread and in the morning I saw that some small ants stole it lol I didn't mind, but if you care about ants and other small insects, take that aspect into consideration. Besides everything else, the bed was super comfortable, check in was easy, and I could sleep very well. They also give you two bottles of water for free, which is nice! (I didn't mind the window as I arrived at night, but this was my sight lol)"

"The cleaning is poor. Breakfast is served at 6 am, but when I arrived at 6:30 am on the first day, some of the food was missing. When I arrived at 7 am the next day, some of the food was missing. Also, there were mice running around in the room. 5th floor."

"The location is excellent with a wonderful view of the river (especially beautiful at night). It's close to Dragon Bridge. On weekends, there's a show at 9 PM (wasn't very impressive). There were minor issues in the room: the safe wasn't working, and we couldn't turn on the TV because the remote's batteries were corroded. I'd recommend it for a couple of nights."

"Excellent staff, especially Huie and Vu. I had a delayed flight and was tired when I arrived but that feeling was soon alleviated with a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite. Good view with ocean easily visible. The building is older but they keep it clean. The shower in my room had no curtain so water would pool on the floor all the way to the toilet and out the door, it required 2 towels to soak it up, snd having to step in and out of a deep bath to shower made for hyper vigilance in the bathroom area. Water pressure was excellent and there were no bugs. Bed soft, pillow high and hard, asked for other pillows but they are standard issue, no choices available. Aircon excellent, nice and chilly, cooled room fast. Couldn't charge any devices while the card was out of the door holder thingy. The room was quiet and rather compact for a honeymoon suite. Breakfast was plentiful for those who wanted it and the restaurant itself on the 12 floor had a fantastic view over the ocean. Excellent location for the beach, shops,restaurantsand tour pick ups Walk everywhere and learn the fine art of Vietnamese street crossing. 3 nights is enough in one super touristy area. Thanks for the restful stay and the memories"

"This hotel has excellent location, super close to Dragon Bridge for 5-min walking. Also, it was close to Vincom Plaza (big supermarket) for 10-min walking. As I visited during Vietnamese New Year, it was important to stay closer to supermarket!"

"I was surprised that the hotel had no reviews, which made me a bit nervous, and they also didn't respond to messages on the Trip.com chat. I'm happy with the hotel. While I was staying here, reviews popped up saying the bathroom was dirty and you could catch something, but I didn't see anything like that. Maybe I just got lucky with my room, but I'm completely satisfied with the service and cleanliness. There's a shop and bike rentals within walking distance. I can confidently say that I'll return to this hotel when I'm in Da Nang. The pool, by the way, is clean, and hardly anyone ever uses it."

"All the staff were wonderful. They helped us so much with everything we didn't understand and were always willing to help. I'm absolutely delighted with them all; they were so nice, so kind, so wonderful in every way. I would definitely return. Even the receptionist seemed like our daughter, she was so attentive and caring. I'll miss them."

"Unfortunately I woke up intoxicated by the smoke of the kitchen that every morning is cooking for the breakfast. 3 days in a row this happened and I got sick on the last day. So annoying. The breakfast isn’t rich, there’s chicken soup, cold sticky spaghetti noodles tasting old at least a couple of days and other low quality stuff. I was able to eat only watermelon and orange juice. The staff could speak a better English, but so far so good. Spacious double beds and the room is very big and comfortable. The cleaners are adorable. The location is walking distance from My Khe Beach."
