DDragon_researcherOur stay was absolutely magical, and it was all thanks to the incredible team here. Most importantly, I want to give a huge shout-out to LiLy and Lisa. They went above and beyond by celebrating my younger sister's birthday with a beautiful cake, making our family trip so much more memorable.
Every request we had was handled with lightning speed, precision, and a genuine smile. The breakfast provided each morning was flawless, and the room condition was impeccable. We also fell in love with the private beach, the main pool, and our own private pool—everything was perfectly maintained, and the resort landscaping was stunning.
Every perfect experience we had at this resort was possible because of LiLy and Lisa's dedicated support. We are so grateful for their help and cannot wait to visit again. If you're staying here, you're in great hands with them!

AAnonymous UserWe stayed in both the villa and the apartment - in room breakfast is good, spa service is good, price reasonable. The common pool is nice. Restaurant NEP food is nice. Villa has nice private pool. Staff is helpful, always responsive 24/7 on requests. The negatives - Facilities not maintained well - kids club toys are super old, ensuite bathroom in the apartment has no shield and the design means water will leak everywhere. Villa floor not clean properly.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ocean Resort. Everything was perfect, from the setting to the overall service.
The villa is ideally located, right between Da Nang city center and Hoi An, making it super convenient to explore both without long travel times, definitely a big plus.
Special mention to Andy, Ana, and Lilly who are genuinely wonderful. Always available, kind, and attentive, they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
The villa itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and you instantly feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Everything is designed to make your stay relaxing and stress-free.
Honestly, nothing to complain about, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend it !!

GGuest UserMoon and Tri were such a delight! I instantly felt at home from the moment I parked my bike and entered the house. It's in a quiet and peaceful location, but also quick walk or bike ride to nearby stores and the beach. I really can't say enough positive things about the hospitality shown to me, especially being invited to join Tri and Moon for dinner (delicious local cuisine)!
I just finished riding from HCMC to Hanoi, and this was hands down the best place I stayed, and I highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area. I really regret not having more time to stay another night.

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

GGuest UserI start to take the fact that hotels in Vietnam are much better than in life. I don't understand why they do so, but the fact remains the fact - in life the hotel is a little bit twisted, not perfectly clean, medium, but ok. Just when you see photos and reality it is always disappointment because expectations are higher. How would this explain to the owners of these businesses?
About the hotel - our room was eventually without a window when I complained to me offered with the window, but right under it rail karaoke and we refused. Of the pluses in the hotel - wifi, elevator (to whom it is very important) and breakfast that is prepared for order. Also, through the owners we quickly and conveniently removed the bike. There is still a small but pool, but around it is uncareful and nobody at least rubs the lying to lie there.

GGuest UserThe location and landscape of the accommodation are simply incredible. If you’re looking for a cozy family getaway from the noise of the city, this place is perfect for you. We stayed here in February and there wasn’t much activity on the premises, so I recommend bringing some active games, drawing supplies, or a book. Don’t forget to bring warm clothes, it could be cold at the mornings or nights.
The bungalow houses have uninterrupted electricity and hot water, and there is also open Wi-Fi available throughout the territory. The food at the café may be a bit unusual for tourists. The staff are very friendly.
The hot springs are located a few kilometers away from the accommodation, in a different complex, so keep that in mind. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and fully recharged during these few days of stay 😊

GGuest UserExcellent location. The hotel was always quiet; you couldn't hear the guests. However, as of April 29, 2026, construction was underway on both sides of the hotel. On one of the days of my stay, work began at 4 a.m. The bathroom is large, with a large shower stall. We had to move some furniture, and we found a lot of dust and dead cockroaches under it. Cleaning wasn't very good. The bed linens and towels were very tired. On the balcony, there was a dried-up potted plant that had been used as an ashtray other guests and was only cleaned upon request.

I recently had the pleasure of staying an and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs.
The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, with high-quality furnishings and linens that provided a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities, such as the fitness center and indoor pool, were top-notch and really enhanced my stay.
What stood out the most, however, was the level of service. The concierge went above and beyond to provide recommendations and assist with arranging local activities and transportation. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was refreshed promptly each day.
Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent facilities, exceptional service, and great value made this one of the best hotel stays I've had. I look forward to returning on my next trip.
