3-Star Hotels in Da Nang

My stay at View Boutique was absolutely amazing! The owner of this hotel (Mr Khoa and his family) made me feel very welcomed. I travel a lot, but I've never seen such incredible hospitality. The room was bright, fresh and had everything I needed. Daily cleaning and towel changes were provided, as were water supply and a bicycle for exploring Hoi An. Their 4-story building also has an elevator, so if you have large suitcases it won't be the problem (I only had a backpack with me, but still - having the elevator is really convenient). I'd definitely recommend this place for short-term or long-term stays! ps: if you decide to stay there after reading my review, please say Hi to Khoa and his family from Mike))

Absolutely stunning hotel. Probably the best we've ever stayed in. The interior design is beautiful, and both the rooms and common areas are impeccably fresh. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring its own kitchen, a lovely balcony, and a luxurious bathroom! It was spotless, with so many amenities that you rarely find, even in expensive hotels (like a bidet spray, microwave, and a full range of consumables – everything from toothbrushes to cotton buds, shower caps, and hair conditioner). The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with any request (laundry, ordering a scooter, finding entertainment, or just a friendly chat) – they were smiling, polite, and spoke excellent English. The breakfasts were great, as was the coffee. The location is the best in the city – just a 5-minute scooter ride to the beach and 10 minutes to the center. There's also a good convenience store just a minute's walk away for all those little necessities. My only suggestion for the hotel and a heads-up for future guests is that you can't throw away glass bottles; there's a fine for it. Unfortunately, we weren't aware of this, so perhaps a warning sticker on the bottles themselves would be helpful. But honestly, that's a minor detail that didn't spoil our experience. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel next time – thank you for such a warm welcome!

The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, the fireworks view is blocked by the Yacht Restaurant. One downside: on the second day, when I returned, the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Although the odor eventually disappeared after I turned on the bathroom exhaust fan, it made me wonder how a non-smoking room could have a smoke smell in the bathroom. Another issue was ants. The room had quite a lot of them, so be careful if you bring food—do not leave it open, and even boxed items should be tightly sealed in plastic. One of my mung bean cake boxes was unopened, but because the plastic seal was not tight, ants managed to get inside. I had to throw away one package because it was full of ants.

Advice to anyone that reads our feedback. YOU MUST STAY HERE!We walked around the market, the town, the beach, etc., both during the day and at night, for a total of 40,000 steps! It was good exercise. We recommend the boat ride and the lantern floating.

Cleanliness -The hotel is super clean. Bedroom is clean, walkway is clean, toilet is clean. Overall i am satisfied with the cleanliness Location -It is located in a small alley. The advantage is, it is not noisy and not busy. There is no bar or pub with loud music nearby. There is a spa and coffee shop next to the hotel. There is a 24 hour mart near to the hotel (Full Mart). The disdvantage is, need to take grabcar to go to all of the tourist places, walking is only possible if you are going to the beach. Other places, you need to take grabcar or rent a bike. Service -The service is good. All staffs are polite and pleasant. They greet you with smile. However, i could not rate a perfect 5 stars for the service because most of the staffs were unable to speak english. even with basic english they could not understand. You need to constantly open a translator in your phone in order to communicate with them -For breakfast, I would like to thank a staff name Mr. Sy (The chef in charge for the hotel’s breakfast). We are a muslim family, on our first day going for the breakfast, Mr Sy help to show us which food that is vegetarian friendly. Mr Sy is good in english too. Amenities The amenities is great. Even though this is introduce as a 3 star hotel, it is almost feel like a 4 star hotel. A lot of important amenities are available in the room. There are kettle, tea, coffee, mineral water, small fridge, small balcony, slippers, shaver, cotton bud, comb and include all of other basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo etc. im not sure about the iron, there is no iron in the room. and we never request for iron so i couldnt comment on that. Regarding the shower, the water pressure is a bit on the lower side. Soundproof -Still can hear baby crying next to our room. But we dont bother much about the soundproof honestly. As long as our sleep never been disrupted so i dont have anything to complain Would I come again to this hotel? -Yes if the price does not increase. I got this room for MYR124 per night which is cheap and affordable. -If the price increase, I will probably find other hotels that are nearer to the city (dragon bridge, han river, han market etc)

Located on the first line, this is one of the most budget-friendly options for this location. Consequently, the rooms match the price. There's a musty smell on the lower floors, so it's better to request a room on a higher floor.

A very satisfying experience! The hotel is located near the beach, just a few minutes' walk to enjoy the sea and fresh air. The room was clean, airy, and well-prepared. The staff were friendly and provided enthusiastic support throughout our stay. The location is convenient for dining and exploring the surrounding area. We will definitely come back on future trips!

Endroit paisible et calme avec piscine agréable à 3kms de la vieille ville. Les hôtes sont gentils mais si vous avez besoin de rien . Le petit déjeuner ( si on peut appeler cela ainsi ? ) une catastrophe. Vous aurez 2 œufs et un morceau de pain . 😩. Je l’ai pris durant 2 jours puis j’ai arrêté. Aucun intérêt. Je me suis fait mon café à la bouilloire et quelques gâteaux secs dans ma chambre plus copieux

I have been staying at this hotel since the 29th of last month until today. Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and located in an excellent area close to everything. The overall atmosphere is great, and the two receptionists are always smiling and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, there are some issues that management should pay attention to because they negatively affected my stay: First: Since my arrival, I have only received bottled water once, on the first day. This is not acceptable, especially for a long stay. Second: There is a cleaning lady who works in the morning, but she shouts very loudly across the entire floor. This caused serious disturbance to guests. On several occasions, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Today, I even opened the door and politely asked her to work quietly, but she continued shouting. This happened around 8 AM. I believe the hotel should better supervise the housekeeping staff and respect guests’ comfort. Third: I lost my room key card on the third day after accidentally leaving it inside the room, and I had to pay 200k for a replacement. I find this amount extremely high. There was also another issue when my friend tried to extend his stay. He was unable to book online, and at the reception, he was asked to pay a higher price. This is unusual, as direct bookings are usually the same price or cheaper. Overall, this hotel has great potential to be much better if attention is given to these details and customer service is improved. Ps : 3 Star Only for Ladies in the reception

This is already my third time staying at this hotel, and I keep coming back because it is very comfortable and reliable. The breakfast is one of the things I enjoy most. There is a good variety of food, and the quality is always good. I would also like to thank the staff for their kindness. When I traveled to another city, they allowed me to leave one of my suitcases at the reception for several days without charging any extra fee. I really appreciated that service. My only suggestion would be to add more vegetarian options and clearly label which dishes are suitable for vegetarians. There are already some vegetarian foods available, but better labeling and a wider selection would make the breakfast even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
