"I arrived yesterday and spent one night here. It was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The front desk staff, especially Thuy Minh, was particularly helpful and provided a lot of detailed information, which made my first day in Da Nang great. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Da Nang."

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room comes with both an air conditioner and a fan, which is very convenient you can use the fan if you dont like using AC. Theres also a nice small balcony too. However, our room was a connecting room, so we could hear almost every sound from the next room, which was quite uncomfortable. Another issue was the toilet seat; one side was broken and loose. Im not sure why this wasnt noticed or reported during cleaning, but it was definitely a problem. On the bright side, the swimming pool is on the top floor and has an amazing view that was really great. Overall, for those who prefer a quiet stay, please be aware of the noise coming from the adjacent room and the issues with poor maintenance."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It has a little luxury atmosphere, and when you visit Vietnam for the first time and stay in a place like this, the trip becomes even more magical and unforgettable. The service was excellent. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite. Our experience started the moment we got out of the taxi. We were surrounded by great service right away. The staff opened the taxi doors, took our luggage, opened the hotel doors, and a welcoming receptionist was waiting for us. I understand that this kind of service depends on the hotel level, and some people may not even notice things like luggage assistance or doors being opened. But I always notice these little details, and they mean a lot to me. They make you feel like a truly welcome guest. ❤️ We got a large and spacious room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Waking up in a place like this was a real pleasure. Everything was always clean and fresh. Thank you for the big bathtub in the room! I felt that a lot of attention was paid to details, and I had everything I needed to feel beautiful and comfortable. 😊 The breakfasts were amazing. There was a huge variety of food. Thank you for offering so many fresh and delicious vegetables. The Vietnamese coffee was also very tasty. 🤤 It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The beach was very close. It was clean, with powder-soft sand that almost crunched under our feet. 😻 The sea water was clean and had no unpleasant smell. The entrance to the water was gentle, and you could clearly see the bottom. We even saw starfish! The water felt refreshing. At first it seemed a little cold, but after a few minutes you didn't want to leave. I also want to mention the lifeguards on the beach. They were always there and really paid attention to people's safety. They made sure nobody entered dangerous areas, which made us feel safe while enjoying the sea. There was even a sand washing area at the hotel entrance, which was very convenient. 😄 The views from the windows were stunning. You could watch the sunrise, see the mountains, the long beach coastline, and the life of the city. The facilities were great. Working out in the gym with such an incredible view was a pleasure. The infinity pool, the music, and the atmosphere really made you feel relaxed and on vacation. I enjoyed everything and would happily stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay the hotel, the staff is very helpful and speak good English. We were well served by the reception Ms Ha, who recommended places to eat. As we are celebrating our 32nd anniversary, the hotel has gone extra mile by giving us a complimentary bottle of red wine and a personally signed greeting card. The hotel is located near Han River and walkable to Indochina Mall, Han Market and many nice eateries nearby. We had a room overlooking the Dragon Bridge, can see the colourful lighted up cruises moving along the Han River in the evening. The breakfast is fantastic, with a good spread of Western, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The roof top swimming pool has a panoramic view of the city of Danang, a wonderful place to chill and relax with a drink and music. Another reception Ms Queenie has recommended a good place for massage on the day of check out. A very good hotel, will surely come back again."

"Stayed at Haian Beach Hotel recently and had a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent — just across from My Khe Beach, with plenty of cafes, seafood restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view and must watch sun rise. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us warmly. Breakfast had a good varieties fr local to international.  Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re visiting Da Nang and looking for a hotel that offers good service, convenience, and value for money. Would happily stay here again!"

"This hotel is just a basic inn with very average facilities. The first and second pictures are of this hotel. Other hotels at the same price point have much better facilities 😂. If I had to choose again, I'd pick the Mercy Emerald Hotel at the same price! It was also 200 RMB. 😁"

"Stayed for one night here initially with plans on coming back for a second stay. Overall the facilities here are better quality and function than at those other smaller hotels along the beach strip. Water pressure was very strong and the rooms are spacious, as was the lobby. Very grand and majestic. The hotel is slightly older compared to what is in the neighborhood but still classy and elegant. I want to highlight that there is room for Improvement on the housekeeping and maintenance. Particularly the ventilation. The room had a dusty air con smell, very typical in hotels above 15-20 years. Could literally see the dust in on the false concave ceiling area. But this place is less than 10 Years old so the smell should not be there yet. Breakfast spread was great, but again fell short of the 5 star standard that Melia is known for in other developed countries. Also the service, it’s more of 4 star rather than a 5 star. I say this because in the Melia at yangon, Myanmar, they offered turn down service and sweets and they kept calling to ensure i was comfortable. I stayed also in the Melia Hue and I think my comment there was largely similar in concept."

"Most of us the travellers would love to share good things about the hotel experiences instead of negative comments. Location:Walking to Da Nang museum but not much to see on the left side walking out the hotel Services: : stayed 3 nights at the premium room on the executive floor from 30/3-2/4. We received warm welcome from the doorman, front desk staff and to the executive lounge for checking in. Our room is clean, spacious, and the river view from my balcony is awesome. Everything looks good and its worth to pay extra for the services. I immediately would have given a 5 star to share my review in the different travel websites. The whole experience was almost damaged from the incidents: 1)The room included turndown service. However, on the 2nd night after returning from a hot day, the room was not tidy up. I dialled “0” front desk at 10:40 pm and asked for clean towels. I was told that the housekeeper will deliver it soon. Wait and wait, call and call until it passed 20 minutes, I was assured again the housekeeper was on the way. My patience ran out! I came down to the front desk at 11pm to express my issue in person and was still be told that they had informed the housekeeping and was on the way. This is totally untrue and unacceptable! The housekeeping room is located at basement. Aren’t they not allowed to take elevator? The duty manager (Mr Tino Le) immediately contacted the housekeeper in front of me again stating someone (housekeeper named Phuong?) was still on the way and would be in my room within 15 minutes. Eventually my partner told me the housekeeper (wow… 4 people) arrived to the room to tidy up. The whole incident from calling to clean up took nearly 45 minutes. What I need was just some dry towels (the used one was on the floor. I was not asking for any turndown service). How frustrating! This is definitely a big problem between the departments. Mr Le showed his sincere apology for this situation and agreed to reflect to his superior. The next day I received a note and a gesture from the front desk manager - Mr Tin Nguyen. I know my case had been taken note. I Checked out on the 2nd where I met Mr Nguyen who apologies again regarding the problem. He understood my frustration and responsible . Truly a positive attitude being the Manager. Operation Team should rectified the issues right away 2) Requested some decaf to my room at the executive lounge but never comes. Anyway… Despite the unhappy experience , I do appreciate Mr Tino Le for his patience, and the concierge staff - Kevin who arranging the car for us to Hoi An attentively to ensure our trip safely. The breakfast is variety and the restaurant staff did a good job! Hope a better experience in my next visit"

"This is a good budget hotel. The rooms are large and bright. The furniture is a bit worn, but that's not really an issue. The location is excellent; there's a great local cafe across the street, down the alley to the left, with delicious and cheap food. There's a bakery on the ground floor, and the reception is on the 7th floor. You can enter through the bakery or from the courtyard. On the downside, rooms facing the street are noisy as the windows have poor sound insulation. The balcony is included in the room size, so it's better to choose a room without one, as the windows are large anyway. The doors also lack sound insulation, so you can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway. Some tourists seem to think it's their duty to make as much noise as possible. We initially had a street-facing room, but the staff kindly moved us to a courtyard-facing room after we asked. Overall, as I said, it's a good budget hotel. The cleaning is good, and everything is changed on time."
