I had a delayed flight and was tired when I arrived but that feeling was soon alleviated with a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite.
Good view with ocean easily visible.
The building is older but they keep it clean.
The shower in my room had no curtain so water would pool on the floor all the way to the toilet and out the door, it required 2 towels to soak it up, snd having to step in and out of a deep bath to shower made for hyper vigilance in the bathroom area.
Water pressure was excellent and there were no bugs.
Bed soft, pillow high and hard, asked for other pillows but they are standard issue, no choices available.
Aircon excellent, nice and chilly, cooled room fast.
Couldn't charge any devices while the card was out of the door holder thingy.
The room was quiet and rather compact for a honeymoon suite.
Breakfast was plentiful for those who wanted it and the restaurant itself on the 12 floor had a fantastic view over the ocean.
Excellent location for the beach, shops,restaurantsand tour pick ups
Walk everywhere and learn the fine art of Vietnamese street crossing.
3 nights is enough in one super touristy area.

"Checked in late so same catogory rooms that we booked on the same level were all taken up. Highly appreciated that Hotel kindly upgraded our room so that we can stay at the same level as our parents. Hotel is newly built and room is clean. Can also cast content from the phone to the TV. Universal socket plug available.
Only issue encountered was with the room service. I ordered breakfast at 6.30am and the orders were repeated when I placed them the previous night. The breakfast came at 6.45am and items were wrong. Dining department was quick to rectified the error and provided an additional fruit platter as apology. Despite this issue, I will still stay at this hotel if I am here the next time again."

"This is a good budget hotel. The rooms are large and bright. The furniture is a bit worn, but that's not really an issue. The location is excellent; there's a great local cafe across the street, down the alley to the left, with delicious and cheap food. There's a bakery on the ground floor, and the reception is on the 7th floor. You can enter through the bakery or from the courtyard.
On the downside, rooms facing the street are noisy as the windows have poor sound insulation. The balcony is included in the room size, so it's better to choose a room without one, as the windows are large anyway. The doors also lack sound insulation, so you can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway. Some tourists seem to think it's their duty to make as much noise as possible.
We initially had a street-facing room, but the staff kindly moved us to a courtyard-facing room after we asked.
Overall, as I said, it's a good budget hotel. The cleaning is good, and everything is changed on time."

"The hotel's decor has an old-fashioned guesthouse vibe. The sea view is quite distant from the room, obstructed by a small villa area, but it's still relatively close to walk down to the beach. Breakfast is just okay. The biggest issue in the room is a strong smell of mothballs, especially right when you enter. Da Nang's scenery feels a bit bleaker than Nha Trang's, perhaps due to the lower water temperature. Be careful of monkeys in the mountains if you go hiking."

"The signature by M heritage hotel is a hidden gem that we absolutely loved. If could rate it a 10 I would. The staff is the key to the best hotel in Danang. From the moment we checked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The friendliness and hospitality we received we were exceptional. Nick was very kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. I am sorry But I lost track of the names of the beautiful young ladies who greeted us every morning with smiles and interesting places to explore. They all made our stay a great experience that I have already shared with numerous people in Danang. The hotel is very clean and our room was serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels and free water. Nick even helped me with a scooter and did everything needed to have it delivered. I actually feel like the team is family. Th room was quiet from other rooms and the street. Several nice sitting areas with WiFi to relax in it on each floor. The free breakfast included in the nightly rate was very good with good service the hotel is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood with good restaurants and coffee shops. I highly encourage everyone to try this hotel.

"The room was clean and tidy, and the decor was very unique. The staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk spoke Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for me. The hotel offers breakfast, including fried dough sticks and congee, which was a pleasant surprise. It's less than a kilometer to the beach, and you can rent scooters at the front desk. Exploring Da Nang by motorbike is really comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"The beach is a 12-minute walk away. The room is spacious, but the furniture is old. There's a kettle and a fridge, both working. The Wi-Fi worked fine, and there was always hot water. However, the air conditioning had a musty smell."

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at Phuc Long Luxury, we got the room with the partial sea view which was fantastic to say the least, there's a convenience store within a minute's walk, and a lot of nice bars and restaurants within the area. Even though the hotel itself doesn't offer rental services for e-bikes, they spoke with the company I chose and arranged everything for me without me even asking, which was really great service on their part. The rooms were fantastic, nice and spacious with a large 65 inch TV. The buffet breakfast was never boring, and had a lot of choices that will suit everyone's taste. When we come back we'll definitely be staying here again ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was great. But since there are constructions next to the hotel, it made our room a bit noisy. As a light sleeper, that’s a bit of a problem cause I kept waking up in the middle of the night. The hotel was so packed which made the ambience in the Rumba restaurant wasn’t enjoyable. The restaurant doesn’t have much windows which made the environment wasn’t that nice and enjoyable at all.

GGuest UserThis hotel is by the sea. If you book in advance, the price can be excellent. I booked last minute on the 8th, avoiding the National Day holiday rush. It was especially good – a large pool, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious with lots of choices, catering well to Chinese tastes. In the room, the power outlets were convenient, and it was spacious and beautiful.

JjeasoncanzThe price was very affordable. It's a bit far from the city center, but taxis are readily available. The immediate surroundings were a bit desolate, but the view was nice. The room size was decent, though the facilities were a little old, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The minibar prices were very reasonable. Breakfast was just okay, but they did have hot noodles, which made it acceptable. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

Our corner room offered fantastic views; the bathroom had a sea view, and the room itself overlooked the city. It was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent and professional, making for a very comfortable stay. Even though our room was on the 14th floor facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet – so those sensitive to noise can rest assured. There are two pools on the rooftop, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset, and a game room on the first floor where you can play billiards. 🎱

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay.
But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming.
Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay.
On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard.
Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.
