"This hotel is perfect for anyone looking to escape the city bustle. It's a 40-minute drive from Da Nang Airport, far from any towns, so everything you need is right on the property. The hotel isn't new, and some of the room features could use an update. However, the stunning natural views and its secluded location in a beautiful spot are a major plus for those who need to unwind. The grounds are expansive, extending from Angsana into Banyan Tree. The beach is exclusive to hotel guests, and there are plenty of sun loungers. In late June, the sea was very warm, sometimes even extremely so. I was quite surprised to see a lifeguard constantly on duty at the shore. There's also a large, comfortable lazy river pool, where the water is also very warm during the day. All sorts of entertainment are available. We went beach fishing with our child, made kites, and participated in an interesting hotel activity: bird watching. Breakfast isn't entirely geared towards Europeans, more for Vietnamese tastes, but you can always find something to eat, especially since the staff are incredibly responsive and attentive. Dinner and lunch are also available on-site. I enjoyed the beach restaurant, and the Italian restaurant's cuisine was particularly delightful and pleasing. The average price per person for dinner is 3000 rubles (dishes aren't cheap, but they are delicious). I'm especially grateful to Georgiy, the Russian-speaking manager. He helped with everything, big and small. He's very responsive and always ready to assist, even on his days off. His competence and attentiveness were truly impressive."

"Wyndham Hoi An Royal Resort and Villas - Short Stay Review **1. Room Facilities** The room space was incredibly generous, with a large vanity and a huge mirror that was perfect for grooming. The spacious desk by the window was convenient for working or placing belongings. The room featured a balcony with direct ocean views, allowing us to watch the sunrise over the sea in the mornings. We also had views of the resort villas and mountains, offering an excellent panorama. The hotel provided two complimentary bottles of drinking water daily, and housekeeping service was automatic, keeping the room very clean. The only slight drawback: the bathroom only had a shower, no bathtub. **2. Breakfast** The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the overall quality was decent. However, it wasn't very friendly for vegetarians. There was no dedicated vegetarian section, and vegetarian ingredients were scattered throughout, making it inconvenient for vegetarian guests to choose their food. We suggest adding a dedicated vegetarian corner to significantly improve the experience. **3. Areas for Improvement** **1. Luggage Storage Lacks Security** Although the hotel offers luggage storage, bags were simply placed in a corner of the lobby without dedicated supervision. With people constantly coming and going, there's a risk of theft during busy periods, which made guests feel uneasy. **2. Inconvenient Free Shuttle Bus Schedule** The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the Ancient Town, but the frequency is sparse, with only three trips per day. The last bus from the Ancient Town was around 9 PM, which is much earlier than when tourists typically finish their evening activities. Return trips were even more limited, with only morning and evening options. The vehicle restrictions were stringent: reservations had to be made an hour in advance, and only a 7-seater car was provided, meaning no walk-ons were allowed, offering very low flexibility. We suggest using medium-sized buses, increasing frequency, and relaxing reservation rules to truly facilitate guest travel. **Summary** The hotel's hardware, views, and room cleanliness are commendable. By optimizing the vegetarian breakfast area, luggage storage management, and shuttle bus schedule, the overall stay experience would be significantly enhanced."

"We stayed at Crown Plaza in Da Nang, for 4 nights and I must said our experience in this resort was very disappointing. 1. The air-conditioning was not existing in this hotel lounge and hallway. As we walked into the hotel lounge ang along the hallway to the lift, we can feel the heat and felt like we are in the sauna. The gym was so warm that we cannot do our workout comfortably. The staff only switched on the air-conditioning and fans when the guests walked into the gym and the gym was still warm afterthat. Seems like they try to save electricity here. 2. I must said the swimming pools and the gardens are the gem of this hotel. There were plenty of sun lounge around the pools and on the beach. However, there were so many Ch××××× and Ru××××× guests smoking at the non-smoking area of the swimming pool. Some guests even smoked in the pool and the pool attendants did nothing about it because of the limited English communication. Most of the hotel staff speaks limited English except the hotel receptionists. 3. The hotel breakfast was excellent with delicious and variety international cuisine. However, there was only 1 coffee machine operating and it took me 20 minutes to wait and making a cup of cuppocino as the staff kept on refilling the bean and milk. That's not good enough for a 5 star hotel buffet standard. 4. Our ocean view room was spacious and cleaned daily. The shower has great water pressure and spacious. There was a huge balcony on each room and it is great for drying clothing. However, the furniture in the room and hotel designs looks dated. 5. There were plenty of C××××× tourists in the hotel and they smoke everywhere even at the non-smoking area like in-door hallway, in the lift, and hotel lounge. There was a casino next to the hotel and I can tell some tourists came for this. 6. The hotel was far away from the main beach like My Khe beach and we took grab to get to Da Nang City centre and My Khe beach. The airport is located about 25 minutes drive from this hotel. 7. We stayed at 3 different 5 hotel hotels in Da Nang during this trip and the services provided at Crown Plaza was just very basic compared to other 5 star hotels here. We don't feel welcoming as we walked into this hotel and the staff in this hotel was not very friendly and helpful."

"Loved the hotel's breakfast and service, and the room was very clean. The location is super convenient, just across the street from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores to the left, right, and behind the hotel, offering a great selection. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time. Also, highly recommend the Bánh Mì from Bánh Mì 365, it's delicious!"

"We stayed in a sea view room, which offered a direct view of the Linh Ung Pagoda's Goddess of Mercy statue. It was lovely to see the Bodhisattva statue from our balcony every day. The room's location was great. Facing east, the room provided beautiful views of the sunrise in the mornings."
