Awesome stay! Possibly the best in Asia so far. The staff were very attentive. Remembered all the small details that matters and truly make a difference is our friendship anniversary celebration, ad hoc order that is not on menu, where we sat for breakfast the day before etc. room service came swiftly even for water top up. Room with ocean view was picture perfect. Lots of activities daily. You do Not need to leave the hotel. Great restaurants including Danang only Michelin star restaurant onsite too. Stunning bathroom and hotel decor are all so IG worthy! The hotel designer also has an art gallery onsite and all proceeds go towards a meaningful cause. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Savvy Hoi An and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We booked a connecting family room, and on arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family, and the bathroom was lovely with both a separate shower and a large bathtub. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Every single person we met – reception, restaurant staff, bartenders and housekeeping – was genuinely warm, friendly and always happy to help. A special thank you to Emma, Nancy and Hanna on reception, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They always took the time to chat with our four-year-old daughter, which made her feel really special and was such a lovely personal touch. The location was perfect for us. It’s around a 10-minute walk into Hoi An Ancient Town, which meant we were close enough to enjoy everything the town has to offer but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We slept really well every evening. Breakfast offered plenty of choice. We particularly loved the fresh baguettes (which we filled with bacon most mornings!), along with the croissants, pastries, muffins, cereals and fresh fruit. There was also a good selection of salads and vegetables, an egg station where eggs were cooked to order, and plenty of Asian options such as rice and teriyaki chicken. There was something for everyone. We also ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable compared with many of the restaurants nearby. Overall, this hotel struck the perfect balance between comfort, location and outstanding service. If you’re happy with a short walk into the Old Town in exchange for a peaceful night’s sleep, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Voco is a very new hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff were super attentive and helpful. They were able to book some of our outings for us. They organised drivers for us at great prices. There are some amazing places to eat within walking distance . And the beach is right across the road. I’d definitely stay here again!

The public pool has amazing views, perfect for just lying back and relaxing. However, the room furnishings are a bit dated, especially the shower. It only has an overhead shower, and the water pressure is very low. After staying for four nights, I honestly felt like I never really got clean once.

I really enjoyed my stay at V-Hotel Da Nang. What I loved most was the natural charm and historic character of the rooms. They felt unique and full of personality, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere rather than the typical modern hotel style. The hotel is located on a lovely, quiet resort-style street, which made the stay feel peaceful while still being conveniently close to everything. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel, there was a beautiful beach that felt completely different from the busier beach in the city centre. The beach was incredibly clean, much quieter, and had a far more relaxed atmosphere perfect for enjoying the sea without all the crowds. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic honestly, the best breakfast I’ve had so far during my trip! There was a great variety of delicious options, and it was the perfect way to start the day. And the pool on the third floor was simply divine! It was such a beautiful and relaxing space, perfect for cooling off, unwinding, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend V-Hotel Da Nang to anyone looking for charm, comfort, a peaceful location, a beautiful pool, an excellent breakfast, and easy access to a clean and relaxing beach.

Actually very nice to stay .Directed more for Asian tourists.Staff kind and always happy to help,very clean,close to sea.You can rent scooters and book tours.Breakfast on but more local than continental-very basic.Fitness room environment needs to be fixed- bikes/treadmill,you need to be careful when you using it.But still I’m recommending this hotel to stay.Julija

The place has a lot of potential! Very good amenities and room is quite new however, they seem to be understaff from the luggage staffs to check-in only 2 person at the front desk. There seems to be a lot of hotel guest for a two person check-in. Also strict with check-in and check out time which can be a little bit improved as they are marketed as one in the “luxury” side of Da nang. The aircon seems to not work in the lobby and elevator. We can feel the residence vibe than a luxury hotel vibe. But overall worth the money since it is super cheap compared to neighboring luxury hotels.

We stayed in a Triple Room and overall had a good experience. The room was well equipped and reasonably clean. There were three single beds, which was convenient for us. The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and a small billiard table. The beach nearby is also very pleasant, with palm trees and a nice atmosphere. There is also an excellent restaurant immediately to the left of the hotel, which is definitely worth visiting. A few things could be improved: * The hotel provides only one key card per room. Since the elevator requires a key card to access the guest floors, this can be inconvenient when guests want to go separately. We asked several times for an additional card, but were told that none were available. * There is scooter parking in the basement, but charging an electric scooter is not allowed due to fire safety concerns. * The furniture is somewhat worn, and the overall cleanliness could be improved. On the positive side, there was no mold, which was important to us. * The air conditioning worked well, although we had to clean the filters ourselves because they were dusty. * Breakfast was average, around 3/5. There was no classic pho, and the noodle soup broth tasted more like Tom Yum. The drink selection was limited to tea/coffee, orange juice, and water during our three-night stay. * There was also no convenient place to dry clothes. Overall, a decent hotel with good facilities and a nice location near the beach. With a few improvements, especially regarding key cards, cleanliness, and breakfast, the experience could be even better.

I usually don’t write hotel reviews because I consider myself a fair and relaxed person but this is the first time I have come across a hotel that is clearly not in the star category it claims to be. The reception and front door staff were very friendly and were a highlight of my stay, as well as the rooftop swimming pool and location to the beach. The daily breakfast was also good value and worth it. However, there were several issues such as terrible WIFI (basically doesn’t work), a leaking shower to the point of flooding the floors and layers of dust in various parts of the room (something that should be clearly seen when cleaning). I was also disappointed in the noise throughout the night due to the sound leaking windows. It was quite difficult to get a good nights sleep. The gym is barely functional and needs improving if you are going to display that as a feature. If I had been asked how my stay was at the point of checking out, I would not have written this review but I was not asked. They were more interested in making sure I paid for the mini-bar and laundry service (which was supposed to be delivered to my room but wasn’t). The main point here is that this is not a 4 star hotel compared to others I have stayed in throughout Vietnam. It is 3 stars at best.

Amazing stay at De Lamour Hotel. The room was really nice but had a little smell coming from toilet area however apart from that the hotel was great. Beautiful view of the beach and the view from the rooftop pool is unbelievable.
