AAnonymous UserThree of us booked a family room, and the bunk beds gave us a nostalgic, student-dorm feel. The hotel service and facilities were reassuring, and the cleaning staff kept everything very safe and tidy. The front desk offers English service, though their English proficiency isn't very strong. I highly recommend the hotel breakfast! It's delicious with a wide variety of options; you can try different drinks every day, and there's even drip coffee available. The hotel gym has a great view, but the drinks at the sky bar weren't very good.

The welcome snacks were delicious upon check-in, the room was spacious and very clean, and the balcony offered a fantastic view. It's also super close to all the attractions, getting a taxi is easy, and there are tons of great food and entertainment options downstairs. The staff were really friendly too! Highly recommend!

NNiko KinzazuMy GF and I recently stayed at Ebisu Onsen Resort and it was an absolute gem! Located conveniently near Da Nang, this resort offers the perfect escape without being too far from the city. The highlight is undoubtedly the authentic onsen experience - the hot spring baths were incredibly relaxing after days of exploring Da Nang's attractions. I appreciated the traditional Japanese bathing culture they've preserved here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were attentive and genuinely friendly and even provided towels after our check-out.
Breakfast had was great and we enjoyed it, but options were limited due to low season.
What I loved most was the serene atmosphere - the resort feels like a peaceful sanctuary, yet you're only a short drive from Da Nang's beaches and city center. The garden areas are beautifully landscaped, perfect for evening strolls. There is also some facilities for children and their parents like a dinosaurs park and an aqua-park. There is also a birds park with peacocks, parrots and other birds.
Excellent value for money and a unique experience in the Da Nang area. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation or want to have a family trip.

GGongzhuaiyingchaoTraveling with my child, I chose January for our trip. I picked this hotel because it's still quite close to the city center, and there are many Korean restaurants around, mostly serving meat, though they can be a bit pricey. The room was indeed very spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. However, the service and facilities were just average; there was a big gap between my expectations and reality. On our first day, a bar downstairs at the hotel entrance had some drunk Koreans shouting loudly, which was quite unsettling. So, I didn't feel comfortable letting my daughter go downstairs alone and always had to accompany her. But the front desk service was good; they could communicate, just not in Chinese.

Hhaebbang22I chose a quiet place far from the city because I wanted it. But it was really far. It's a street where you absolutely have to take a taxi to get to the market. Considering accessibility, it's not a good location, but I liked the location because I wanted a quiet environment. The facilities are somewhat outdated, but they are fully equipped with everything necessary. The price is also affordable. It has simple cooking utensils, so you can cook your own meals.

EEvoFunkWe stayed at the Sunny Ocean Hotel in Da Nang for four nights. We initially booked a different hotel but were shocked at how dirty it was. We walked into this hotel, and immediately, the girl at reception was very helpful in making a booking for us. In a flash, she found two rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bellboy was very kind and attended to moving our bags, fixing the air conditioning, and helping us reset the safe. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and loved the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. All the hotel staff members were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel—especially after our experience with the previous one.

NNiraulaI booked and prepaid for junior suit for 7 nights in the first week of July. I couldn't reach the hotel on the first check in day as I missed the connecting flight to Danang from Hanoi due to delay in flight to Hanoi. I messaged the hotel about my family's inability to check in on the first day. When I turned up to the hotel to check in on the second day, to my surprise, I was told my booking was cancelled for no show. There was no refund and no information of cacellation send to me. When I showed the my message about second day check in, the hotel said there was a misunderstanding and hurriedly kept us in another hotel with no breakfast. They lied to me by saying the ac in my booked room was broken and they had to fix it. First I was told booking was cancelled and later ac was broken. I asked for refund of my first days stay and breakfast expenses incurred from the second hotel. But the hotel only agreed to refund the breakfast expenses.When the hotel cancelled my booking without refunding and/or informing me, they should have been honest enough to refund my first day of stay when they accepted it was a misunderstanding on their part. I returned to the hotel on the third day. The remaining 5 days of stay were fine.
