GGuest UserThis hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful! There are tons of activities right by the beach, like kayaking, beach volleyball, and archery. A bit disappointed I didn't see any monkeys, but there were plenty of squirrels around. Eating at the hotel is extremely overpriced, and very few staff members speak Chinese.

MMdot©Really enjoyed my stay here. The ocean-facing room was the highlight — beautiful view, especially in the morning, and having a balcony made it even better. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice modern feel.
Location is excellent, right by the beach and easy to get around. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Would definitely consider coming back.

Good view from my room , very close to marble mountains , ba na hills ( takes about less than 30mins ) .
The beach is clean , windy , fresh and beautiful view . The bed is great , very comfortable . Room is very clean . Spacious , near the beach .
I would still come back here eventhough , i have been electric shocked by the balcony switch , maybe if they fix the blinds in the bathroom ( hard to pull the string , not functioning well ), the ceiling fan cant be adjusted to our liking ( controller spoiled ? ) … one of their mosquito repellent spoiled and my friend got bitten on the eye area and forehead ( had to go to the front desk to get us a new one , they sent it to my room ) .

The view from our room was simply breathtaking. I've stayed at many hotels, but the breakfast here was by far my favorite; they offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Many thanks!

GGuest UserSuper satisfied, the environment is high-end, right by the sea, the scenery is great. The only drawback is that the currency exchange rate at the front desk is very low, hahahahahaha, but the stay is very comfortable, the rooftop swimming pool has a great view, the drinks are a bit expensive, no one swims during the day, and there are many Indians at night. It would be nice if they gave some spa treatments

Hhaebbang22I chose a quiet place far from the city because I wanted it. But it was really far. It's a street where you absolutely have to take a taxi to get to the market. Considering accessibility, it's not a good location, but I liked the location because I wanted a quiet environment. The facilities are somewhat outdated, but they are fully equipped with everything necessary. The price is also affordable. It has simple cooking utensils, so you can cook your own meals.

EEvoFunkWe stayed at the Sunny Ocean Hotel in Da Nang for four nights. We initially booked a different hotel but were shocked at how dirty it was. We walked into this hotel, and immediately, the girl at reception was very helpful in making a booking for us. In a flash, she found two rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bellboy was very kind and attended to moving our bags, fixing the air conditioning, and helping us reset the safe. Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof and loved the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. All the hotel staff members were friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel—especially after our experience with the previous one.

PPrisca HungI had a fantastic stay at KOI Resort and Apartments! The service was super nice, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. I was feeling unwell during my visit, and the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra blankets and offering ginger honey tea to my room for free. The room service food was delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was just perfect!

NNiraulaI booked and prepaid for junior suit for 7 nights in the first week of July. I couldn't reach the hotel on the first check in day as I missed the connecting flight to Danang from Hanoi due to delay in flight to Hanoi. I messaged the hotel about my family's inability to check in on the first day. When I turned up to the hotel to check in on the second day, to my surprise, I was told my booking was cancelled for no show. There was no refund and no information of cacellation send to me. When I showed the my message about second day check in, the hotel said there was a misunderstanding and hurriedly kept us in another hotel with no breakfast. They lied to me by saying the ac in my booked room was broken and they had to fix it. First I was told booking was cancelled and later ac was broken. I asked for refund of my first days stay and breakfast expenses incurred from the second hotel. But the hotel only agreed to refund the breakfast expenses.When the hotel cancelled my booking without refunding and/or informing me, they should have been honest enough to refund my first day of stay when they accepted it was a misunderstanding on their part. I returned to the hotel on the third day. The remaining 5 days of stay were fine.

EEkaterinathe hotel is suitable for a family holiday. calm, cozy atmosphere. there is a restaurant on the 2nd floor, the food is very tasty. we had a double deluxe room with a sea view and the view was very chic!!!! there are swimming pools with a sea view! the only minus was no bathroom accessories, but these are trifles, I still want to return to this hotel again!
