I had a wonderful 6-night stay at Monarque Hotel Da Nang, and it was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had.
What impressed me most was the impeccable hospitality from every staff member. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and whether I needed any assistance. It wasn’t just the big things, but also the small thoughtful gestures that made me feel genuinely cared for - staff would shield guests from the sun with an umbrella when walking outside, warmly open the doors and welcome you back with smiles every time you returned, and even leave cookies and a good-night card in the room.
The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of variety, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful bonus. Throughout my stay, I genuinely felt treated like royalty. To top it all off, the hotel even offered complimentary transportation to the airport upon checkout, which was a very thoughtful touch.
If I could offer one small piece of constructive feedback, it would be regarding the Wi-Fi. The signal was occasionally weak and disconnected from time to time. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall outstanding experience.
Thank you to the entire Monarque Hotel team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

wshuoThe value for money is decent, I guess. The location is excellent, right across from My Khe Beach. We booked a sea-view room, and the view was genuinely stunning; we could even see the Goddess of Mercy statue. However, being by the sea, it was very humid, and the hygiene wasn't great (the first room had several small bugs on the bed, plus hair and cobwebs?). We then switched to a second room on the 16th floor and were offered a complimentary 60-minute body massage (but couldn't book a slot)... The second room was okay, apart from a strong urine smell in the bathroom. Honestly, it's hard to believe this hotel has only been open for a year. Oh, and the elevators are tiny and extremely slow, and the breakfast selection is very limited.

爱旅行的小胖同学My stay at the Paris Deli Danang Beach Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making me feel completely at ease. The hotel's location is superb; it's just a short walk to the beach, and the scenery is so beautiful that every photo looks like a postcard. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided attentive service, making both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The facilities are also very well-maintained; the pool area, in particular, was so relaxing and one of my favorite parts of the trip. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again.

Henry_the_KingTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice)
The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again.
The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation.
Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

PAMELA SUE ANTANLocated right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter.
We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

MensoreeeIt was my second visit here. Service was great as always. Staff very helpful, i saw a poor little girl hauling up 30kg large suitcases for some big size African people. What a shame but anyway. The last time i booked some deluxe room they have on the upper floor, that was so lovely but seeing that there is no lift, i opted this time to try for a room on the ground floor which in this case was significantly smaller and had a strange musty odor when i opened the door for the first time. It reminds me of soggy wood rotting somewhere. I opened the window to try to get rid of the smell but it didn’t work. in the middle of the night the smell became so strong and it was that signature rotten egg sewage gas smell. To be fair i can’t exactly pinpoint where it came from but it was definitely from within the room. There were also drain flies in the shower and a few of them came up when i opened the shower water flow. I later discovered one lurking by the night gown. Hope y’all dont get assigned this room .

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is easy to find, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The room had no strange odors when I entered, and it was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The bed was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very peacefully at night. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. They were also very responsive to requests, which showed great attention to detail. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. It’s perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose this place again next time!

Ruan Ming Jun (The Good King)
The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay.
But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming.
Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay.
On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard.
Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.
