The staff are friendly and the location is great. Especially the breakfast, which has a wide variety of options, and the coffee is strong and delicious. I also like that it's close to My Khe Beach.

This is the best place to stay in Hoi An. Literally just few steps to Hoi An old town. Free bicycle to let you experience the town in local style. Start tour day with varieties of breakfast, and hotel side give us a free upgrade, this is truly heartwarming! The hotel itself is too pretty, clean and helpful staffs really add value to the hotel! Will definitely come back to The Signature Hoi An for the next time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The perfect stay in Da Nang! Highly recommended. Staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Danang Han River was undoubtedly the best decision for our trip. The hotel delivered the exceptional Marriott standard perfectly, leaving absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of service and accommodation. Here is what made our stay so memorable: * Prime Location & Views: Situated right by the Han River, the location is peaceful yet incredibly convenient. It is just a short walk to popular spots like the Han Market, the riverside promenade, and great local restaurants. The panoramic night views of the river and the city skyline from the room were absolutely breathtaking. * Room & Comfort: The room was spacious, spotless, and featured a beautiful modern design. The bed and pillows were incredibly plush, and excellent soundproofing ensured a deep, restful sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom and amenities were top-notch with A+ cleanliness. * Warm & Professional Staff: From the moment we checked in, the entire team was welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. They were patient, genuinely helpful, and communicated excellently in English, making our stay completely hassle-free. * Exceptional Breakfast Buffet: The morning buffet deserves a special shoutout! It offered a fantastic spread of authentic Vietnamese dishes (the Pho was outstanding), alongside Western classics, fresh fruits, and various pastries. There was plenty of daily variety to keep it exciting every morning. * Rooftop Pool & Facilities: The rooftop infinity pool is stunning—a perfect spot to take photos, swim, and unwind while taking in the sweeping river and city views. The fitness center was also very clean and well-equipped. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and luxurious experience in Da Nang. I will definitely be staying at the Courtyard by Marriott again on my next visit!

The room rate is not expensive, and the room comes with a table full of free minibar snacks and soft drinks. They also offered a complimentary 30-minute foot massage and provided free airport shuttle service twice a day. In the morning, before it got crowded, I went to the rooftop infinity pool to enjoy the view of Son Tra Peninsula and My Khe Beach below. Then, I headed to the third-floor restaurant for breakfast. The buffet selection was much richer than I expected, with a plethora of local Vietnamese specialties. I had pork pho, Vietnamese rice rolls, banh mi sandwiches, congee, Vietnamese spring rolls, and a plate of fresh fruit. For drinks, I chose Vietnamese milk tea and passion fruit juice. After exploring Ba Na Hills in the evening, I returned to the hotel just in time to use my free 30-minute foot massage. While the therapist was massaging my feet, they even provided a complimentary steam eye mask and ginger tea. Upon leaving the hotel, I was able to use the free airport shuttle service, which was a perfect end to the comprehensive service provided by PHUC LONG LUXURY DANANG.

My impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in. After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink. In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed. During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay. In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

Staff, food, and beach were all wonderful. There is a sea wall straight out from the beach, which during low tide means there are almost no waves. During high tide there are more gentle waves. At first we were a little disappointed in this as we love the sound of the waves, but when we visited a beach further down, there was no swimming allowed as the waves were too severe. So I am glad we could go swimming any time. The beach is white sand, no garbage, no seaweed, just nice clean sandy beach. The room was nice, but the AC blows right on your head, which my wife does not appreciate. However it was too hot to not have it on, so she spent night with a pillow over her head :) The only real negative is the location. I imagine this used to be a happening area; it is no longer. There is a small shop just in front of the hotel which also does laundry and mediocre massage, so that is convenient. But there is little else in the area. We ended up taking a Grab everywhere. That being said, it was very quiet and peaceful, so it depends on what you are interested in. If you want a place to just set up and stay, the food was good, the beach is great, the staff is wonderful, and the beach was very quiet. Oh, and the spa was fantastic although a little pricey as all hotel spas are.

I stayed for two nights, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There was a large 'bukbangjang' (built-in wardrobe, or perhaps a large wardrobe) with several hangers, so I could hang my clothes. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. It was truly a pho restaurant! You could make your own Banh Mi, but I didn't care for it (the bread was dry and hard). It was nice to have a coffee machine, and while the menu changed daily, it was mostly similar. The pool wasn't as big as I expected, but it was clean and decent. The location is about a 5-minute taxi ride from Han Market, but there's nothing around the hotel, so the location is a bit of a downside. Overall, though, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel room is very noisy! The reason for this is the balcony sliding door design, which is the same in all the rooms in the hotel, so the problem is the design not the individual room. The sliding door cannot be closed tightly, and there is a gap which lets the noise come through. Because of the old-style door design, nothing can be done to close the gap. My room was facing the sea, and there is a road in front of the hotel, but the traffic noise was not the main concern. The local people arrange beach events near the hotel, with loud music blasting every evening, and it lasts until 23pm and weekends even later than that. The other matter is street vendors on motorcycles, having loudspeakers to promote the food they sell. The food vendors drove around slowly, and often stop right in front of the hotel, with loudspeakers blasting the food service advertising lines, repeating on and one. The noise is very sharp and loud, and it is very loud when in the room too. Basically, I could not sleep in the room until the nightly beach party was over, and food vendors went back home very late around or after midnight. I could not sleep even when using ear plugs.

The room was very nice for my family with four adults. The two-bedroom corner suite was very comfortable with a perfect view. The breakfast has a variety of food choices and was very fresh. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful and could speak English which made it easier to communicate. Grab taxis were easily available from this location. One. area where there could be some improvement is in the restaurant during the buffet breakfast. It is understandable that staff need to clean up at the given time when the buffet ends. The restaurant does give a tolerance of about 30 minutes for guests to finish their breakfast, for food they have already taken before the closure time. However, staff can be more polite by not hovering near the guests putting pressure on them to eat quickly or pulling the plates before the guests have finished what's on their plates. To help restaurant staff as not coming across as a bit impolite and for guests to have a clear idea of the time they should vacate the restaurant, the hotel can put up a sign at the restaurant that states for example: ”Breakfast timing 7:00 - 10:00 am” ”All guests should vacate the restaurant by 10:15 am” Then at 10:15am staff can start cleaning the restaurant instead of pulling plates, sweeping and mopping when guests are still in the restaurant. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL!

The hotel is really nice, all the facilites are top tier, the rooftop is nice (didn’t try the swimming pool tho) but what makes the difference is the staff! They are so genuine and helpful! They do everything to help you to have the best stay ! I was there just for 1 night (which is a shame) but if I come back to Danang I will definitely come back to Sofiana my Khe hotel ! Also they offered me a free feet massage which was incredible and super relaxing !!
