WARNING! DO NOT STAY IF YOU PLAN ON SLEEPING! The rooms are extremely noisy. I booked the Hai A Suite and the entire room is very thin windows that lets noise in from the club next door and the busy street. It is so noisy that the hotel even leaves a note warning you how loud it is and provides you with ear plugs. The room is beautiful but all of that is ruined because you will not get any sleep. Even with ear plugs I can hear loud music from the club, cars honking, and people walking in the street.
I stayed at the Sunriver hotel down the street the night before and I didn’t have a problem with noise there and it was half the price. Seriously do not stay here unless you plan on staying awake the entire night.
The gym equipment is really old and bad quality. The lady at the spa gives very weak massages.
The only good things are the rooms are beautiful, the cafe downstairs has amazing coffee, and the breakfast buffet was also very good.

Overall, the location of the accommodation was good. First of all, I liked that it was close to a grocery store, and the breakfast was delicious to my taste, so I ate it all day without fail. There were many reviews that it was noisy due to the sound of motorcycles, but I slept soundly without any noise at all. I intend to stay again on my next trip.

I chose this hotel based on the rating and the good offer. The room was as expected.
What bothered me was that the room safe was a light item and was unattached in the closet. Because of my complaint (the door didn't close), a young woman replaced the safe. Easy to carry in and out. Weighs maybe just about 8 kg.
The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice, but at 8.10 a meal (pork belly with boiled eggs) was already empty. I asked for supplies, which were promised. After 20 minutes the food sign was gone and something completely different was there. Despite the promise! Otherwise the breakfast was very satisfactory.
I wanted to use the pool. But I let it go. Tried 3 times, never a contact person, but loud music. Actually, a pool should be used for rest and relaxation👎👎👎.
On the 8th floor with Riverview, the street noise was quieter, but still very audible. That's why there is a card (please use ear studs to feel more comfortable) in the room.... That's why I was already awake shortly after 6 a.m. in the morning.
My recommendation: If Riverview, then definitely go to at least the 10th floor or higher. When I moved to the side street (6th floor), it became really quiet!
The last point of criticism, during the day until 10 p.m. there is free access to the hotel on the 1st floor (one under G - there is the reception) without any control. And I doubt whether the surveillance cameras are really being watched like this.
All in all:
Conditionally recommended. Anyone who is less bothered by traffic noise will certainly be very satisfied. However, the safety aspects should not be questioned 🤔
