Overall good

I fell for the excellent reviews and cool name. Well, the price was in my budget, which is about $15 per night. On the plus side, it is very good WiFi. There is water and tea. Of the minuses: The room itself is very small, it feels like 6 square meters, there has been no renovation for 200 years, shabby walls, a small window leading to the ruins of a construction site, a poor shower that is almost not adjustable, a poor ******** refrigerator, poor old furniture . For the same money or a little more, there are a lot of decent hotels nearby. I highly do not recommend this hotel. All other positive reviews were apparently written by employees.

The hotel is clean, near the beach, the staff are friendly and cute, the service is ok, you can experience wearing a yukata, the room is nice, airy and neat.

We stayed in Kikozo Hotel for two weeks and loved it. We were very lucky that they could help us out at short notice. The room we had was clean, comfortable, spacious and even had a sea view, which was very good value. The location couldn’t really be more perfect - 5 minutes walk from the stunning My Khe beach and within walking distance of so many amazing cafes, restuarants etc. We love Da Nang, and this was a great place to be based. Penny is very polite, professional and friendly, and all the staff are brilliant and so smiley. The people at the massage place below are also super friendly. Seeing them all every day made us smile! ☺️

The hotel is located near the sea, around many restaurants and stores. Very convenient location for business travel or leisure travel. The hotel has modern equipment with smart toilets (quite interesting). The staff is very friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. Worth the money.The balcony area has a panoramic view of the sea in the morning

I book a sea view room for my honeymoon with my husband. The room was not only fulfilled furnished with Japanese style and clean but also had a really nice beach view in the morning. The staffs were very friendly and nice. Highly recommend. We will come back next time! Remember to try Yukata , it's really nice though

The hotel is quiet, located in an area with convenient transportation and good security. Facilities are quite complete, rooms are clean. The price is okay compared to the general level. Enthusiastic service and guidance staff. Good soundproofing between rooms.

The room is quite ok, very clean, the hotel is near the beach, the service is very ok, the staff here are cute. We have had a great experience here. I booked a room with a bright sea view to see the sunrise and experienced very good Yukata service. When you come to check in, please turn on the air conditioning to avoid being too hot.
