upon check in you need to deposit 100T. my room is clean (although I saw some mosquitoes) they do some clean up & they change towel everyday. the toilet is good, have shampoo & bodywash, the heater functions will, got alot of cubicles & basins, water supply is good 👍. the place is clean (they don't have drinking water outlet, so you need to buy for yourself), the breakfast is just fine (if your lazy to go out just get one)

The accommodation is very neat. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Complete facilities. Bathroom and room The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked all day long.
The free and delicious breakfast is great, with coffee served and free bicycles available to explore the city. Every employee's attentiveness helps you with everything. Special mention of Hoi which is not only very beautiful But also very kind and friendly. Score 10 out of 10.

When I arrived at the hostel at 1:30 pm, I waited for 40 minutes to say that there was no reservation, so I called the Trip.com agent. The agent insisted that there was no problem, so I went to the desk again. There was still no reservation. I had to talk, and I checked in after paying my own money after 6 pm, the counselor changed 4 times and the problem was not solved even after consulting until 3:30 in the morning.

We stayed for 3 nights in the deluxe studio room with breakfast. Do not trust the photos of the room on the booking site. Good size but old, dirty and poorly maintained. There are many gaps with the outside and there are mosquitoes and cockroaches. The toilet stinks and does not drain well. Not enough water in the shower etc. I didn't touch the amenity because I felt sick, but there was a toothbrush left out of the package and a used amenity. I could still put up with that, but they said they don't serve breakfast after Corona. Even when I talked to the staff, I didn't get kidnapped, and I felt like I was just a complaint. If you don't have breakfast, please don't lie about breakfast included on the booking site. There are many better places to stay for this price.

This hostel is located very close to an airport (15 minutes by scooter). There are many restaurants and bars nearby but as I’ve learned this part of Da Nang is not very popular for Western tourists, the best district for parties is on the other side of the river. The Room was big but provided good privacy (as for the hostel). Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help with arranging everything. They also serve a nice breakfast.
