I am really sorry not to give a 5 in general, but it's only that one thing that bothered, the cleanliness of the apartment was really bad, for our standards, at least! Otherwise, if you are not delicate as we are,about the cleanliness, then we can recommend this place, because everything else was top!

The hotel is located a little away from the hot spots, which is both a plus and a minus. The main advantage of the hotel is peace and tranquility. During our vacation, we practically did not see any visitors, although there were some, the pool was always free. Also, the owner of the hotel is a very nice woman, always ready to help. The rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms themselves are very comfortable - there is a small sofa, a table and an ottoman. There is also a kitchenette. The nearest beach is 7-10 minutes. I liked everything very much.

I'm very satisfied. The room and pool were very nice and clean, and my mother and father were all wonderful people. This will be my regular stay in Da Nang. There was a spa massage nearby that cost around 600 yen an hour, and I went there every day. If you use GRAB, you won't have to worry about meals or taxis at all. I will definitely stay again. Prices are also reasonable.

You have to walk about 7 to 10 minutes to the beach, but it wasn't a bad location, and it was quiet and had a simple kitchen (induction, microwave), so I think it's good for long-term stays. I want to use it the next time I visit.
