The hotel environment is nice and staff from reception was really helpful . Especially, FOM, the intern scarlet and the GRO Sophia . They were really taking care of the guest upon C/I until C/O. However, it would be better if the Spa provide the slipper for the guest . It’s bcz during the therapy time we would like to go to the washroom and found out it’s no slipper . Meanwhile , the staff form pool was a bit awkward that shouting us to leave the towel by “ No , No, put down the towel “ instead of showing care to the guest why we are taking the towel . After that we mentioned that we don’t have extra trousers to change and it’s all wet after swim so that we need to bring the towel to room and will leave in room . The staff finally allow us to bring the towel from pool to room. Rather than that little glitch the rest was really nice and I would give 10 score out of 10 for this lovely hotel and staff . Thank you .

Best location , the hotel in front of My Khe beach and Main Street. Walk to the beach have fun and go back to hotel for shower. The staff will happily let you borrow towels. The hotel also has infinite pool on top so beautiful. The staff help me take a lot of good photo.

Hotel is directly in front of the beach. Fitness center could use improvement.

The seaview room is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is also excellent, close to the beach and streets with restaurants. Would definitely book again nex time!

Had an amazing stay at the Balcona hotel in Da Nang Vietnam. Location is just perfect right at the beach and near many restaurants, bars, night Markets and so on. Staff if very friendly, helpful and there is always a smile with a positive attitude. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and I would definitely book again. The value for money is just unbelievably good. Including a gorgeous infinity rooftop pool and a lovely breakfast with delicious breads, croissants which is not easy to get here in Asia ! Thumbs up and thank you for a fantastic stay Balcona Hotel !

Nice hotel with sea view ( pls try to book the room with sea view , you got to see the sunrise right at your balcony. The breakfast spread is also great for the price.

Excellent hotel, spacious room with balcony and beautiful side sea view. Impeccable and responsive staff, friendly and helpful attitude towards guests. Excellent breakfasts with fresh products and a large selection of vegetables. On the 20th floor there is a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea, very convenient for swimming in the mornings and evenings, especially during the rainy season. I am very pleased, absolutely hassle-free stay.

Perfect location staff are helpful. Room was clean wifi works good ,the pool is a bonus....

Room was good. Staff was friendly. Updating amenities would be great (room shoes was not typical hotel slippers it was very hard slip ons). Breakfast buffet has variety of options including pho.

The Hospitality is awesome. All the staff are so friendly. The FOM and front office in charges gave the best service. The location just across the beach. The room view in beach and city side! Recommended hotel to stay!

Our king bed is noisy, please fix it. We stay 4 nights but only 2 hangers for each room. Breakfast is ok, soup is very salty. Please let the guest to choose "nuoc mam".
