I am my friend come here very often. The can go everywhere because this hotel is located at the center of the city.

The receptionists were so nice, helpful, quick when i needed srervices, breakfast was good, everything was in place. The only downside was that there were no near convinient store... But i could walk to the Sun Wheel or to the Dragon Bridge! Recommand this place!

I didn't expect much from the breakfast, but there weren't many varieties, but the rice noodles and porridge were especially delicious. The staff were friendly and I stayed for 8 people, and there were no problems with drainage, air conditioning, or bedding. The location is good, close to Lotte Mart, and there is a shuttle to the airport, so it's convenient. I did it~

The pool is clean and the view is so pretty, but the staff are a bit unfriendly. It wasn't far from the airport and it was close. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi.

The hot water in the shower gets cold after about 10 minutes. Waiting time for elevators is very long during busy times. Everything other than the above is good enough.

I had a bad experience at the hotel during my time here. The room had old green sheets and pillowcases and the hotel said it was done by me and asked for compensation at a price of over 2 million. I think the hotel's handling and communication needs to be reviewed.

On June 18, I had a wedding party and stayed here. When I parked my car, I received an unpleasant attitude from the security staff. From then until the end of the party, the security staff was still extremely rude. There is no support or guidance for customers, always showing a harsh and dismissive attitude. When booking a party, I always receive what is called a 4-star standard, accompanied by full support. But throughout that day, what I received was the indifferent attitude of each different department in the restaurant and hotel. When I asked for electrical wiring support, the technical staff kept grimacing. After the party, my family made the same commitment as in the beginning that they would clean up the decorations in the restaurant. When I was cleaning my family and using the elevator to bring things down, I was constantly made difficult by the staff. Some people were forced to walk, others were forced to take the elevator for fear of making the halls below dirty. I have been waiting for KS to contact me to resolve the issue. But for the past 3 days, what I have received is not a single call from the hotel's directors.

I was very satisfied with this luxurious hotel. There was a wedding going on and there were a lot of Vietnamese people at the hotel, but it didn't bother me as it was quiet once I entered the room. I was satisfied because the room had all the facilities and the bed was in good condition.

The hotel was very luxurious. The room was large enough for one person to stay and I was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet had delicious looking dishes and was very enjoyable.
